Excellent service. Quick to book, no hidden fees, and kept me informed throughout the collection and delivery. Being able to track the driver was great so that I could make plans to be in when needed.

Moving a grand piano - 2 men to tackle a 3 man job (result of a mangled message) but they tackled it imaginatively, cheerfully & willingly. I was very impressed. I was also impressed by the ease of arranging the job.

AnyVan moved my daughter and damaged my car in the process. They admitted responsibility and I was subsequently offered £43! I have repeatedly requested their insurance details and they have failed to provide them. The damage will cost hundreds of pounds to rectify. They have been a nightmare to deal with and don’t seem to behave like a normal company. AVOID if you value your property and sanity.

The service was perfect and so efficient! I would 100% recommend as a stress-free option to move large items. Daniel was on time and kept me updated on his arrival - all ran so smoothly on the day and gave me one less thing to worry about!

This is a joke. You are being charged by the box. You will always end up paying more on the day of moving. The driver turns up late. I would definitely not recommend. It’s better if you find a local person with a van who can help you out than go through big companies. I was not happy. I ended up paying much more than quoted

I was told it would cost £49.99 per week to store various items- I gave a very specific list, there was no room for misunderstanding. 10 days after the items were moved into storage I have finally had an invoice and they have told me that in fact the charge is £134.97. Somewhere in the small print of the contract it says that they can charge more if the items don’t fit into the intended unit, but for them to be trying to charge me over 2 1/2 times as much is outrageous. I actually feel as though I fell some sort of scam. I shall clearly be moving my items out of the storage they organised as soon as possible. Do not use them.

We had an amazing experience with AnyVan from start to finish. It’s really important to complete the inventory as accurately as you can. I’d left quite a few things off so was charged the extra which I expected. We moved from a 4 bed house and the final price was £600 less than the next quote we received. Would highly recommend. The crew came from Luton to Margate to move us. Superb!

I wouldn’t even give this service a single star. My experience with Anyvan was dreadful. We were charged £100 for a parking fine, even though the fine notice clearly stated that it would be between £50-65 if paid within 14 days. I contacted their customer support multiple times, but each time they gave me different excuses. To make matters worse, the driver left behind several items, claiming they were the wrong size. We had to book another van for £200 to transport the leftover items. The sales team is truly disappointing—they make false promises when booking, claiming that parking surveys will be conducted and that the location will be checked, but none of that happened. The van was small and filthy. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Anyvan. It’s a complete scam designed to extract money from you. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience

This company make the mistake of outsourcing their moves to local companies who are not only unprofessional, ill-equipped and incapable of executing on behalf of AnyVan's serviced commitment. Not only does AnyVan refuse any sort of responsibility or attempt to rectify or support your move once these external companies get involved they will bounce you around different call center people, and ignore the very real threat on the ground from aggressive and unhappy contractors. Even after providing two video surveys and planning for extra items in the case, being fully transparent with every aspect of the move, the driver accused us of lying about the items for moving, refused to take items, and didn't accept clear evidence this was not the case. He continued to tell us what and how things would go above and outside our anyvan contract/commitment and over four hours proceeded to confront, nitpick, and aggressively speak to us like we had booked the service with him. After expressly telling AnyVan to communicate that this man should stop speaking to us and communicate his frustrations with them, they did nothing to allay the verbal attacks in our driveway, during loading, and at the end of what should have been a straightforward move. When we finally had everything out, and the driver had left I requested a complaints contact from Sandy, so I could escalate the issue to a team specifically able to deal with this experience she refused to give it to me, she also insinuated because my husband didn't specify the complaints in her cryptic request for information we are no longer allowed to complain or escalate the issue to a resolution team. We felt unsafe, untrusting, and like we were being accused of being deceitful. For a move that cost us over £1000 the way in which we were spoken to and dismissed was nothing short of disgusting. Do not work with AnyVan, they have no way to resolve issues, they do not vet and train their external contracted movers and they trick you into believing the service you get during sign up is what you can expect for the duration of their offering.
