Great and fast service to have a very good number of transport proposals. You Can chiste based in prices, reviews and overall feature of the transport service, for me it was super useful to get a very good price for my move.

I booked a removal service with AnyVan, but unfortunately my property completion was delayed at the last minute due to solicitors not finalising paperwork. This was completely outside of my control, and I notified AnyVan as soon as I was aware. Despite this, AnyVan refused to provide me with a refund and stated I would be charged £120 just to reschedule. I find this extremely unfair and unreasonable, especially given the circumstances. I raised a formal complaint but was left dissatisfied with the response. As a customer, I expected more flexibility and fairness in handling genuine situations like this. I am now escalating this matter to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, but I feel other potential customers should be aware of my experience.

We always aim to be as transparent as possible, and as stated in our Terms & Conditions, bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled move are unfortunately non-refundable. We do understand that circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly, and in such cases, if a customer needs to reschedule, a rescheduling fee is applied to cover the costs already committed to your booking. We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it can be when plans don’t go ahead as expected. Robert arrived on time and did a great job. He was a competent and experienced mover who was extremely helpful,flexible and friendly It was a superb service and great value for money!

Great price. The driver was good, helpful, polite and professional. The only down side was he was almost an hour early, which could have caused some problems, too long to explain. Not the drivers fault, I would imagine he gets his info from higher up. Still good though.

Good removal to storage from Harvey of Enterprise Extra charges for non ground floor removal expensive. Need to ensure you complete all sections of app.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Cowboys - avoid at all costs. Destroyed antique furniture from my grandmothers; removing from their van (already damaged during transit), without consideration to stop drawers from falling out onto the floor & causing further damage. Also two hours late to drop off furniture as they picked up another job on route. Terrible terrible service & I’m now having to face destroying the majority of the furniture, due to damages. Please, avoid.

I found AnyVan really really good. From start of the process to the delivery it was a great service. The communication with AnyVan was excellent. They always kept me in the loop, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

This is the first time I've used this company. What a great idea for one it is too. I'll certainly use them again if I've cause to. I was informed every step of the way during the course of delivery. The sat nav system via their app allowed me to follow the driver's trip from sart to finish! That certainly helped to minimise waiting time! It was a little expensive considering that it outpriced the item being delivered by £25 but at least i had peace of mind.

AnyVan have literally provided the worst possible customer service. I made a pick up booking the day before I needed sofas picked up only to be advised by the retailer the items were not in stock. Within an hour of my original booking I contacted AnyVan who would not provide a refund, despite there being nothing to pickup. I was then offered a credit against another booking by one AnyVan employee and a free reschedule by another. Today I attempted to redeem that offer on another delivery and AnyVan refused despite earlier commitments. I strongly urge customers not to use AnyVan unless you want to be ripped off!

Carl the driver was just brilliant kept me informed where he was all the way from collection to delvery - wrapped the bike in blankets and moved it with great care - great job all round.
