“My mum has Alzheimer's and recently had the fire brigade out after over-heating a meal in her microwave. This product has allowed me to get a new microwave and restrict access to it. Only issue is the locking mechanism doesn't work properly, the case does not spring open when it is supposed to and the key and casing have to be wrestled with to get it open. Carers are struggling with this but otherwise this is a brilliant thing to have as it will allow my mum a little more time to live in her own home.”

“Purchased this for my dad who has early stages of dementia as he was becoming a little anxious remembering the day of the week. It arrived promptly and we just plugged it in , sets itself and away you go. I'm so happy with it and dad loves it , big and clear , wish I'd bought it months ago.”

We're sorry to hear that this customer experienced a late delivery for their order. I've investigated this and can see that this was due to a rare stock error on our system. As soon as this was realised we emailed the customer to let them know they would be a short delay whilst we completing the order, and also refunded their delivery charge in full as an apology for the delay. “The gps tracker on the watch is excellent but a button at the side of the watch has to be pressed to show the time and my Mum keeps pressing the second button at the side of the watch which is the SOS one. Also, I am having to charge the watch daily which is inconvenient as it doesn’t charge quickly.”
