I can't review because the package never arrived, although Royal Mail tells me it has been delivered. I have been too busy to follow this up.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay with our customer's delivery. After reaching out to Royal Mail, we confirmed that the issue was on their end. We informed our customer that a replacement had been sent.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery of our customer's order did not meet their expectations. Since this review has been left the order has been delivered. We rarely experience any issues with delivery but are happy to help when problems do occur.
Great customer service but the phone was of no use whatsoever as my mum who lives in a care home and doesn't always have access to her hearing aids could not hear a word with this phone. So have returned it for a refund ....really poor quality volume and overpriced...

Unfortunately having to return. Tried several times connect Sky Q box with no success. Also googled alternative instructions but that didn't work either. Have to give 1 star because it doesn't work for me but may be for others trying to connect a different set top box. Did find out that some makes of Sky Q don't work with the Flipper product, but not able to determine which make I have.

We reached out to this customer to offer support and sent troubleshooting information by email and have also given them advice over the phone. We are waiting to hear back from the customer to see if they have successfully set it up.
Absolutely dreadful experience. Alz tracker watch stopped working. The company have claimed that this was due to impact and no repair, replacement or refund offered. My 83yr old mother has not fallen or damaged the watch. She was left in a very vulnerable position by this company. Please, for the safety of your loved ones, do not trust this device or company.

I’m sorry that we weren’t able to help further with this, we communicated with yourself and the manufacturer, who have confirmed that this form of damage would not be a manufacturing fault but would be classed as accidental damage.
This was a total failure. The instructions were terrible. I could not set it up. I was trying to do so in a household with an elderly dementia sufferer and cannot believe you offer this product.

We have not received a response to our follow up emails and have not had the product returned for a refund, so we are hopeful that they have now got the issue resolved.
Even for a retired IT professional the instalation process was soemwhat protracted. However the restrictions and conditions just made the device untenanble.

Despite the website accepting my order and indicating they had sufficient stock, they were unable to supply the goods in the timeframe they offered. They also prevented us ordering with a discount for disabilities, despite us caring for 30 residents with dementia!

We contacted the customer immediately to notify them and to apologise for the inconvenience but the customer decided to cancel the order. VAT Relief for the disabled is a government scheme that allows the zero-rating of goods if certain conditions are met. To offer the VAT Relief we have to adhere to a strict set of rules from HMRC. The relief is only available for individuals who are buying the products for their own personal or domestic use. The relief is not available for businesses unless they are a registered charity.
So terribly difficult to set up Also the lock screen comes on automatically,my mum I'd unable to unlock herself, so phone is virtually useless Wish I hadn't bought it

We've contacted this customer to offer our support and our customer service team are always available to help with the set-up of any of our technical products, by email or telephone. We also have a 30 day hassle free returns policy should any product not be suitable. We have queried the lock feature on the phone with the manufacturer and they have clarified with us how this works. There is an automatic safety feature that locks the phone after use, so the user does not accidently make calls. For example, when the phone is in a pocket or handbag. The phone needs to be unlocked to make a call but not to receive one. To unlock the phone to make a call then a longpress on button ... is needed. We will look at adding this information to our product page.

If anyone thinks it is simple and easy to configure the Flipper remote, then think again. The design is great. I bought it for my 90-year-old mother who has sight issues, and I cannot fault the clear and easy-to-use buttons. But trying to understand the instructions that come with it is impossible. It is a Samsung TV that I wish you use the Flipper remote with, and after reading the instructions, and then re-reading them another 6 or 7 times, I thought I could have a go at configuring the remote to the TV. Theoretically, it's just a case of inputting the TV's PIN. But try as I might, I could not get the remote to work. I even changed the PIN on the TV in case I had the wrong PIN, but the remote would still not work with the new PIN. I tried troubleshooting, accessing the video instructions, which in itself is not straightforward, but it would seem I had been following them correctly. Either I have a faulty remote or there is something wrong with the instructions. The TV does not have a cable set up, and is just a simple TV

The cup is designed to be light and easy to hold for those struggling to grasp ordinary mugs. However, we do appreciate that not all of our products will always be suitable for our customers and that's why we do have a 30 day no hassle returns policy.
