“Very good service, very quick delivery, all up and running in about 5 mins, including putting photos in the keys. My mother in law who, we brought the phone for is 95 years old, and she found the phone very easy to operate, and can hear people much better.”

“This is the third 'dementia' clock I have bought, it is very good: clear bright lettering/numbering gives all the information needed. I mostly bought it because it shows morning, afternoon, evening etc, and as my mum's dementia advances, she gets very confused during the long summer days, when it is still light when she goes to bed, as to whether she should be getting up or going to bed, and if she wakes up after a couple of hours, she thinks it's a new day. This clock is a great help. I just wish it was radio controlled, so I don't have to worry about the muddle she will get in when the clocks change, and I am not near by to change it for her. There doesn't seem to be one clock that has all the features: clear face, date/day/time/time of day and radio controlled! I also wish the display could be changed, so as dementia advances, it could be changed to a more basic display of morning afternoon, evening, etc. like some of the other clocks have.”

“Very quickly delivered and exactly what we wanted had 2 one for upstairs and 1 downstairs, excellent that it is all ready set up. hoping it helps with the confusion of day and night as getting up thinking slept all night and really only been a couple of hours. “The phone has large numbers and 3 progammable keys that you can put a photo in. It was very easy to program the numbers. The only downside is that the engagement of the mouth/earpice on the base unit is not quite secure enough. It may be easy to inadvertantly leave it 'off the hook'.”

“Great radio, clarity of sound excellent, day to tune and set volume. Perfect product for anyone with dementia. The only negative we have is that the cover on the front hiding the controls was VERY hard hard to take off. We had to resort to a thin sharp knife to prise it off.”
