“.Clunky does not always work especially the favourite buttons. This makes it difficult for people with dementia as they do not understand what is happening. With sky it defaults to the home screen and favourite buttons do not work. Appears manufacturer did not do any real life testing. Not recommended for dementia sufferers.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer experienced a problem with the favourites feature of the Flipper remote control. Both of these problems can be resolved. The channel skipping is a known issue that may sometimes occur when programming the favourites, this can be fixed and we've emailed our customer our detailed guide on how to do so and also information to resolve the issue with the Sky home screen showing. Most of our customers have no issue with the Flipper remote control but sometimes problems can occur during programming, we recommend customers contact our customer service team who'll be happy to help get the remote working.
