We're sorry to hear that our customer did not receive an email explaining why his order was cancelled. After further investigation, we found that the order cancellation email failed to send. We have contacted our customer to apologise for this error and to explain that the manufacturer has discontinued the product. The product page on our website has now been updated.

“Bought for my mam who has mixed dementia. I had read quite a lot of reviews so took the plunge in purchasing the cat whose name gets changed several times a day. She is absolutely lovely and mam talks to her and strokes her a lot. All though this product isn’t cheap l think the joy it’s given mam is priceless. I would highly recommend this product. All the family who have seen are are also impressed with the quality of the product. I do believe mam thinks she’s real. The only thing is the label l make sure it’s tucked in well so she doesn’t see it although l suppose you could cut it off.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer thought the Magiplug was expensive. We do try to keep our pricing as low as possible. We remain very price competitive in our market sector and our profit margins are extremely low. We are similarly priced or less expensive on many items compared to other retailers selling the same products.
