I couldn`t connect the App to the watch, even the tiny SIM card was awkward.Spent 2 hours getting nowhere . Asked a neighbour`s techie son to help- he couldn`t , so ended up going to a computer shop to sort it. Will test it out today

The size of this phone is good, and the buttons are easier than standard to use. Unfortunately there is one feature missing, which would be applicable to a number of users of this type of phone. That is to enable the insertion of a pause to access an outside line - in a care home for example, as my husband has to. He has great difficulty using any phone because of lack of dexterity and sensitivity, so needs to dial as few keys as possible. This phone seems not to allow him to put the access number then pause then the destination number all in the phone book.

Bought a TrueCall unit. Delivery fine, see below ref product Installed finally and one day in,so likely that as it does what it is supposed to I'll become much happier but for now just a generous three.

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up the 'Trusted Caller Only' option on the TrueCall Secure unit and felt that the instructions for this were unclear. The settings can be changed in the handset menu and at the internet control panel and it explains how to do this in the instructions. We have fed back the customer's comments to the manufacturer who will review their instructions to see if they could be more clearly explained. Both ourselves and the manufacturer have UK customer service teams available who are happy to help anyone with the set-up of their kit.

To be honest this product was not what I expected, I thought it would be soft and cuddly, but it's not it's hard and kind of mechanical. Not really dog or toy like.

Disappointed the dog is hard and not soft to touch. Very irritating that the batteries have to be removed each time needing a screwdriver. Should have a on /off button.

This was bought for my elderly mother and I quite like it. However her eyesight is very poor, and since the product may often be used for old people, perhaps a dark stripe around the carafe would make it more visible and less likely to be knocked over.

The flipper remote control works. The two main points are: the set up was not that easy (for a person without Alzheimer’s) and blocking other channels to limit the number you cycle through hasn’t worked.

The phone itself is great but the instructions are written in English by someone who’s a technical person where English is their second language. Good product let down by instructions

The cat is ok and given to my husband from our granddaughter for his birthday, but I do feel an interactive one would be helpful that maybe meowed and opened its eyes and I also think it is too small.

If I’m honest, I was expecting something a bit more fluffier. It seems very hard. It’s a present for my 8 year old granddaughter who is desperate to have a real golden retriever so I thought this would be the next best thing. I won’t be seeing her for another 3 weeks so I’m hoping she likes it and I don’t have to return it.

Jury is still out on this. It's a big, very retro lump of plastic. Looks, and rather performs, like something out of the 1950's. Sound quality from the speakers is not great, but clarity completely depends on how good the AM/FM signal is -and that, as we all remember from days gone by, is very variable around the house. In my house and my mother in laws (the user) Radio 4 is generally accompanied by a background hiss and crackle -again authentic 1950s. Much is made in the blurb about the one-button operation, and that works fine, but otherwise this is a very old bit of kit -that costs rather a lot. Might still have to go for a DAB alternative. Just about acceptable, I guess.
