Unfortunately there is no provision for battery power and the power lead is not long enough for us to position where my wife with a stroke and in hospital can reach it.

The clock in itself is a great idea and seems to work well so far but the fact it says ‘dementia’ all over the box and literature is really insensitive.. We had to remove it from the box to give it to my dad!

We're sorry to hear our customer has had problems setting up the Flipper remote control. We do provide technical support to any customers who are having problems with their product. We have reached out to this customer to offer support and are waiting to hear back.
The game was easy to order and delivered on time. It had not been clear that the Bingo cards were not included but needed to be downloaded from a CD and printed by the customer. We, certainly, no longer have a computer with a CD feature and nor does any of our family. Only after much searching among our friends did we find someone able to help and print for us. Not a great start to our purchase !!

Information about downloading and printing the cards is show under the ‘Requirements’ section. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy.
ok for the price, mbut not as good as I thought it would be. the bark is very quiet specially for older people whos hearing is not good

Good but anything other than a standard sized plug and it won’t shut. That was the case with a basic BT phone plug. So I had to rig something up. A little frustrating today the least

We are happy to hear that our customer thought the Lockable Plug Cover was good. We do have a plug size warning on the product page to let our customers know that this cover is only suitable for standard size plugs.

Unfortunately I had to return the radio, it worked using batteries, but when plugged into mains it did not.

We're sorry to hear that the music player only worked with batteries. We arranged for a free return for a refund and gave our apologies that it arrived faulty. The music player has been tested and the power adapter was found to be faulty.
As described by others. Looks nice & chest movement realistic but it is horribly stiff and limbs don't move. While it looks pretty and the fur is nice it feels like a dead cat.

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. Most of the top half and fur is soft, but there are some hard parts such as the base, head, and other places. Because of this we do not feel comfortable advertising them as "huggable" or “cuddly” even though many other places do. We do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.
First one delivered didn't work. Lift the lid no music. It is that simple. I used usb to connect and check that there was mp3 files loaded and there was. I could play them from the computer and it was a very nice mellow and loud sound. After some emails about things to check and several days delay about returning, I gave up and bought another one. It arrived promptly and worked first time as it needs to, loaded lots of music on in mp3 format and the customer was delighted with his new radio that plays his music. Still waiting for refund on the first one I bought . Return was easy too via Royal Mail pickup and label. It's clearly very unusual for one of these to not work on delivery. It is a nice product well made and sounds good. Perfect for people who need something simple that just works.

The book has been designed with a set of images researched and chosen to help aid reminiscence and prompt conversations relating to these which can in turn spark other memories for the person. We know that not all activities work first time. It may be worth approaching it again on another day to see if this works, as every day can be different. Very good product easy to put music on . My dad loves it. Easy to use for my dad to switch on and off . The only problem there is no volume switch . You need to put music on at same level . There is a switch at the bottom but difficult to use .

This could lead to the music being far too loud and disturbing, or too quiet so it may appear to be ’broken’. We purchased the remote for my mum who has Alzheimer’s and can no longer understand how to use the a normal remote for the tv and sky anymore. We can not seem to find the code to link it to the sky Q box. We have used all the codes under sky and it will not work. We are just hoping there is something we are missing. Because it would make her life so much easier for her. This remote would be great if we could get it to work.

It took me a while to set this up but think it is ok. Instructions didn't seem very clear to me.

I couldn`t connect the App to the watch, even the tiny SIM card was awkward.Spent 2 hours getting nowhere . Asked a neighbour`s techie son to help- he couldn`t , so ended up going to a computer shop to sort it. Will test it out today
