“Swift dispatch. Well thought out easy open packaging no scissors or strugglng, a thoughtful approach for those who are losing their strength. Really pleased as they are ready to use and have only had them a couple weeks and already needed to use them. Handy little remote you carry around while trying to locate lost item. “Sadly I was disappointed with the CD. My husband loves to sing and I bought the CD and the songbook, which is excellent. The songs on the CD were disappointing because each one is sung through once and therefore is very short - insufficient time for him to 'get into it'. The quality of the singing and piano is 'thin'.”

“Easy to set up and does what it says. However would be so much better if back lit as not easy to read in some light and especially for those with poor eyesight. Would also prefer the middle dots not to be continually flashing. Tried to ring for advice, left number and message but nobody came back to me! Not good customer service.”

“Seemed to be very good. Fitted for a person with advanced dementia and they seemed to get the hang of it quite quickly. Writing could be on buttons rather than under, not sure if the mute button is helpful to someone with advanced dementia. Light on top left is also confused for a button. Still a huge improvement. A really good product.”
