“Lovely looking product. Easy controls for switching on and off and changing tracks. However, I'm disappointed about volume control being on the bottom of the box and only adjustable using pen/something sharp. Elderly user is not able to adjust themselves but absolutely needs to adjust volume appropriately for day/ night time listening at care home. Can't keep the same volume all the time.”
