“Brilliant,really really good,perfect for companionship”

“The radio controlled clock is excellent. The great advantage is that all it requires is a couple of batteries and that’s it for at least another year. The tracking delivery is most helpful.”

Helpful Report

“Sadly I could only make it turn the TV on and off. It's a new LG so a full linkage should be ok. I'll try further - it's already taken nearly an hour - but if no progress then I'll be sending it back.”

Helpful Report

“The service and support we receive from Tom and company is personal and excellent. Any problems we may be having, he will talk us through and advise to solve the problem. Highly recommend Alzproducts.”

Helpful Report

“Second product purchased and the service was as excellent as the first order”

“This does he job brilliantly. Suggest a back-lit screen, though”

“It should be pointed out that this toilet seat does not fit all toilets and is very difficult to return.”

“This is a Christmas present for my mother so not used yet, so unable to say what it's like. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed.”

Helpful Report

“Great website with amazing explanations and easy navigation along with great products.”

“Delivered promptly. Door alarm with pager arrived in excellent condition and is working just as we hoped. Life saving product for me and my family as carers ...very happy customer. Thanks”

“Just what my mum needed, she has dementia so she can't operate a "normal "phone so this phone for her is ideal, easy to use with special features that she can understand”

Helpful Report

“Perfect for dementia sufferer's Being used all the time! It only likes MP3 files no instructions about that. I used iTunes and found that it will convert downloads to MP3 and bingo.”

Helpful Report

“From the moment she lifted the lid, Mum was tapping along to the music and joining in singing. What a wonderful gift it has turned out to be!”

Helpful Report

“As it is a Christmas present I’m unable to comment from a wearer’s point of view, but I have set the watch up as per instructions and it is working fine. The time and date are given in a clear voice set at a nice volume. It is keeping the time accurately. I would have liked to put watch back to power-saving mode but was unable to do so despite following instructions. Don’t consider this a problem though. Bought for my husband who has Alzheimer’s and unable to tell the time now so, fingers crossed, will be extremely useful to him.”

Helpful Report

“V useful website.”

Helpful Report

“Absolute life saver. Mum can now sleep in peace. Installed in no time at all. Delivered on time. Fantastic product.”

“Does what it says on the box Excellent product which solves an aging person's inability to use a standard sky remote. Only minus is that having set up 10 favourites, it occasionally strays outside this list and needs to be restarted. Perhaps this occurs when cycling through the favourites very quickly?”
