“I bought this for my mum who has alzheimers and she loves it. We had tried several radios in the past and she always had trouble finding her favourite station radio 4 which caused her stress. This looks like a radio we had many years ago so she can operate it well. The good thing is I have left the cover off as she seems to be able to use it but have the option to preset her station and replace the front cover when her condition deteriorates. The radio is very well made, very sturdy and would highly recommend it.”

“Unfortunately the first phone was faulty, but I can't fault AlzProducts for their fantastic customer service: they immediately sent me a returns label by eail and I was amazed when after returning the faulty phone on Monday afternoon, a replacement was delivered on Wednesday morning. This one is fine and just what my dad needs. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend AlzProducts.”

“We bought the personal alarm for our daughter because she has seizures which are due to a brain tumour. She is 35 and has moved back home so we can care for her. My only criticism is that the product could be better on a wrist band as my daughter frequently leans accidentally on the button and we all go running to help. A wrist band would also be less aging for a young woman, but actually older people might prefer a wrist band that looks a bit like a Fitbit? The alarm is BRILLIANT, so easy to set up and it works perfectly. Thank you. You have given us peace of mind.”
