“Watch with days of the week - days of week too small around clock face. Talking watch - difficult to hear what is being said. Simple channel changer doesn't work with TV. Chattercards good.”

“Pre sales service very good - we wanted product for present but out of stock but your customer services team advised us when back in stock and ensured we got product on time. After sales service also good - when checking product we found that transformer was faulty - we rang customer services team and received a replacement the next day. Again we thought this was really good. Too early for us to comment on product as our 90 year old family friend has only had it a short time - but so far so good.”

“Excellent customer service. I phoned to query a point and staff never had answer however, found out & phoned straight back. The clock I purchased is excellent, very clear the day time & date. No need to set it all up, plugged it in and the screen is set at the Times etc already. Arrived within 2 days. Highly recommended clock, I bought it for my father who has dementia. Also Alz were excellent to deal with.”

“Excellent product. Arrived within 48 hours of ordering, exceeding my expectations. Simple to programme, made even clearer by viewing a customer's instructions posted on U tube. I ordered the remote for my elderley mum who was forever pushing the wrong buttons on her existing remote control, causing much frustration for both of us, certainly as I had to try and fix it over the phone. Mum loves her new remote control and although normally very critical of anything new I get her to try to make her life (and mine) simpler, admits it's excellent!”

“Excellent service, quick and efficient . The VAT discount was very welcome, something no one else had offered. The Clock is very clear to read and looks smart and modern. Only surprise was that the clock does not have a battery back up in the event of mains power loss. That said when power is restored the clock automatically displays accurate date and time etc.”

“The Flipper TV/Set Top remote control arrived well packaged with simple straightforward instructions. Purchased this for my 88 year old Mum who is suffering from mild memory loss and was having constant problems operating her TV and Virgin Media set top. To the rescue the Flipper remote control. She finds it so easy to use it has put a smile back on her face and I no longer have to do the 10 mile round trip every other day to reset her TV and Set Top controls. p.s.
