“This is my 2nd purchase and I'm once again entirely satisfied with both the service (kept fully informed from point of order through to delivery) and importantly the product. I purchased a sensory blanket for my grandmother who has dementia. It stops her repetively scratching her leg . The only issue is getting it off of her, she won't let it go! This is the 2nd one I've purchased so that she is not without when it's being washed. Its a great product.”

“I have held off writing to you until the clock arrived. It arrived today. Thank you for a very efficient process surrounding this purchase. I was impressed when it arrived that the electrical plug provided is an Australian plug. I really expected that it would be a UK plug. Also, on unpacking the unit, and switching it on,.. I was pleasantly surprised to find it already set on Australian Eastern Standard Time,.. right from the outset. Again, thank you for a painless purchase and delivery. P.S. The unit has generated quite some interest in the Aged Care Home where Mum lives. There could well be a future order for multiples of this product. If so, can you offer any sort of bulk rate?”

“I recently purchased a day clock from AlzPproducts.. The clock was exactly as described and my mother, who recently went shopping in her nearest city at nine o'clock on a Saturday evening, was delighted with it. As was I. A problem arose with the delivery however (no fault with the supplier for this). Following two friendly and most helpful telephone conversations the matter was swiftly and most efficiently resolved to my complete satisfaction. A top class product and excellent service?
