We're sorry to hear that Garry was still waiting for his products, since this review has been left his order has been delivered. After a discussion with Garry he informed us that he didn't believe it was clear enough that the items he ordered were preorders for incoming stock, and that there could be delays to dispatch. Whilst most of our customers were happy with the preorder process, we agree with Garry that there could be improvements and have already implemented some of his suggestions. “I ordered my product on 19th November. Its was promptly despatched the following day and I received it on 30th. It took 11 days altogether but I do live in Australia. Product arrived well packed and in perfect condition and working order - very happy!”

“Thank you for your wonderful Website, I bought a book for my Mum which was fantastic, lots of childhood pictures, poems etc that she could relate to, she is in late stage Dementia so to see her smiling and reading was wonderful. I also purchased a CD of old songs, a variety of show hits, songs from second world war and songs from the radio, this was a big hit with all the residents in the care home, singing and clapping along, a huge success.”

“Items are seriously overpriced. I feel if prices were keener I would purchase more and recommend it. I recently purchased a picture book for £25 which I thought was expensive but was willing to try it. This in fact worked out at €37 which I feel is very expensive for a 30 page book with 15 pictures!! Unfortunately every second page had script which I feel would be lost on my mother who has dementia. Any regular bookshop would have a similar book for much cheaper and there was nothing unique about this particular book. I thought the ideas were good such as furry cat or dog and especially the hand muff was a great idea but again grossly overpriced. I intend to make the hand muff myself for a fraction of the cost!”
