“This product is perfect for my mother.”

“Ordering and service left nothing to be desired. I did find the Flipper difficult to set up but won eventually. I'm visiting the elderly lady who I got it for after Christmas. I left my phone number with her and she's not rung for help yet! Once set up it seems simple to use but I suppose that depends how mentally able you are when you're elderly AND ill. Please ensure none of my personal information is passed on to other companies Thanks R A Hall (Mr)”

Very speedy delivery, and very pleased to know that should my aunt not like it, I may return it by the end of January for a refund/exchange. Most big companies could learn a lot from you guys in terms of customer service; given today's statistics, they could well require your services, and it would serve them right if they were treated as they treat us! We're sorry to hear that Garry was still waiting for his products, since this review has been left his order has been delivered. After a discussion with Garry he informed us that he didn't believe it was clear enough that the items he ordered were preorders for incoming stock, and that there could be delays to dispatch. Whilst most of our customers were happy with the preorder process, we agree with Garry that there could be improvements and have already implemented some of his suggestions.
