“Very fast delivery, well packaged. Product does what it says and is a great idea for people with memory loss. Prices are good too and I wasn't aware of the VAT relief for certain qualifying people which helped too. Recommended. A+++”

Very speedy delivery, and very pleased to know that should my aunt not like it, I may return it by the end of January for a refund/exchange. We're sorry to hear that Garry was still waiting for his products, since this review has been left his order has been delivered. After a discussion with Garry he informed us that he didn't believe it was clear enough that the items he ordered were preorders for incoming stock, and that there could be delays to dispatch. Whilst most of our customers were happy with the preorder process, we agree with Garry that there could be improvements and have already implemented some of his suggestions. “I ordered my product on 19th November. Its was promptly despatched the following day and I received it on 30th. It took 11 days altogether but I do live in Australia. Product arrived well packed and in perfect condition and working order - very happy!”

“The two chair protectors I ordered arrived promptly, and seem to be of good quality and as described. I have already washed and tumble dried them, with no problems. I have only had them about a week, so I cannot comment on how they wear in the long term.”
