“Love the product. A bit disappointed in the whole delivery process. A lot of phone calls back and forth from me and Tom. I had asked for it to be delivered to my work address, which was unable to be done, therefore I asked for it to be left with a designated neighbour which also did not happen. The result was that I'd had phone calls back and forth to arrange delivery when it ended up in the post office anyway for me to collect despite me trying to make alternative arrangements! Made it a waste of the phone calls back and forth! Product spot on though, thanks.”

“This was brought to replace another big button phone that kept losing volume. So far this phone has a really clear volume and loud ring tone. The panic button has allowed me to finish my contract with Call Care and make huge savings so it has worked out very economical. I am very pleased with my purchase. Only one slight complaint and that would be to make to leads a bit longer to allow a choice of where the phone can be located.”

“This is my 2nd purchase and I'm once again entirely satisfied with both the service (kept fully informed from point of order through to delivery) and importantly the product. I purchased a sensory blanket for my grandmother who has dementia. It stops her repetively scratching her leg . The only issue is getting it off of her, she won't let it go! This is the 2nd one I've purchased so that she is not without when it's being washed. Its a great product.”

“I have held off writing to you until the clock arrived. It arrived today. Thank you for a very efficient process surrounding this purchase. I was impressed when it arrived that the electrical plug provided is an Australian plug. I really expected that it would be a UK plug. Also, on unpacking the unit, and switching it on,.. I was pleasantly surprised to find it already set on Australian Eastern Standard Time,.. right from the outset. Again, thank you for a painless purchase and delivery. P.S. The unit has generated quite some interest in the Aged Care Home where Mum lives. There could well be a future order for multiples of this product. If so, can you offer any sort of bulk rate?”
