“Great in principle but difficult to pair with mums TV and not bing technically minded myself, it’s still in the box!”

“Absolutely brilliant. We would have to go to Dad's house almost daily because he would press the wrong buttons on his remote and mess they telly up. Since we bought from you this does not happen any more and we have our lives back. He suffers from mixed Dementia”

“Hi I am a Parkinson’s sufferer and have fallen quite badly recently so I bought the watch to alert my family that I may have fallen. It's impossible to follow the instructions and when you get to a particular page you can't get out of it. I've been trying for 3 days and am completely fed up with not being able to get the thing to WORK. Sincerely Ingrid Mair”

We reached out to our customer to offer technical support, however the customer decided to return the watch. We provided a prepaid returns label so our customer could return the watch to us free of charge and they have decided to have a full refund, which we processed for them immediately. Our customer service team are always happy to help with any technical support via the telephone or email.
