“Great customer service but the phone was of no use whatsoever as my mum who lives in a care home and doesn't always have access to her hearing aids could not hear a word with this phone. So have returned it for a refund ....really poor quality volume and overpriced...”

“Unfortunately having to return. Tried several times connect Sky Q box with no success. Also googled alternative instructions but that didn't work either. Have to give 1 star because it doesn't work for me but may be for others trying to connect a different set top box. Did find out that some makes of Sky Q don't work with the Flipper product, but not able to determine which make I have.”

We're sorry to hear our customer has had problems setting up the Flipper remote control. We do provide technical support to any customers who are having problems with their product. We reached out to this customer to offer support and sent troubleshooting information by email and have also given them advice over the phone. We are waiting to hear back from the customer to see if they have successfully set it up.

“A good concept but is lacking volume control, i feel the option for it haveing a timer but is only a standard wall timer and plug adapter are overpriced based on the cost the the item if purchased individually elsewhere.”

The memo minder does not have a volume control, however, the voice message can be recorded at any level. Although there are many adapters on the market, the memo minder requires a power adapter that has the correct voltage and polarity.
