“I gave this to my 92 year old Dad for Father's Day, he has severe Alzheimer's. I looked at the other games and puzzles but because he can no longer read so they were not appropriate for him. He has always loved cat's and we used to have a ginger cat which we called 'Ginger'. When I gave this to him he became very emotional; he was smiling but had tears in his eyes. We have to keep reminding him to stroke his new pet but it seems to have brought him some happiness and confort. Tried to drag and add a jpg. photo but it doesn't seem to have appeared.”

“This was a total failure. The instructions were terrible. I could not set it up. I was trying to do so in a household with an elderly dementia sufferer and cannot believe you offer this product.”

We're sorry to hear our customer has had problems setting up the Flipper remote control. We do provide technical support to any customers who are having problems with their product. We reached out to this customer to offer support and we sent troubleshooting information by email and have also given them advice over the phone. We have not received a response to our follow up emails and have not had the product returned for a refund, so we are hopeful that they have now got the issue resolved.
