“I was able to get some good advice from knowledgeable staff on the phone prior to ordering (and didn't have to hang on the phone for agaes listening to music). The items I ordered were delivered within 24hrs (I had paid a bit extra for speedy delivery). It is too early to say whether my parents will be able to use them successfully!”

Excellent service once clock was ordered and the "tracker" option allowed a check to be made each step of the journey from factory to house. “Your on line ordering system was very clear. However when i got to the payment page, my computer wouldn't load the page. i tried approx 4 times over several days. As I was concerned about leaving my details on your website unfinished I looked for an 'empty shopping basket' button but couldn't find one.
