“Items are seriously overpriced. I feel if prices were keener I would purchase more and recommend it. I recently purchased a picture book for £25 which I thought was expensive but was willing to try it. This in fact worked out at €37 which I feel is very expensive for a 30 page book with 15 pictures!! Unfortunately every second page had script which I feel would be lost on my mother who has dementia. Any regular bookshop would have a similar book for much cheaper and there was nothing unique about this particular book. I thought the ideas were good such as furry cat or dog and especially the hand muff was a great idea but again grossly overpriced. I intend to make the hand muff myself for a fraction of the cost!”

“This is a good idea for those who have dexterity problems, however it seems not all freeview boxes are compatible with Flipper. The one (Alba single scart model) that my relative has will not work correctly, so I am going to have to return Flipper.”

I was immediately sent via email a returns label and profuse apologies for the faulty goods which will be replaced immediately by return.”

“I had occasion to e mail on Saturday last and had a call back on Monday from Tom. Two things concerned me. Firstly the S2 button did not make anything happen. The S4 button caused the hands to go round but they did not come back to the right time, although the date was correct. Next day the correct time was displayed. Secondly the life of the battery. Tom says they can last for years depending on usage. I don't want to send a watch back every few months for a new battery. Tom tells me that the guarantee is for a year.”

“Well made product however I will add a few more fiddly things to it as feel it's a bit plain. I don't mind the price as it's for a good cause however I think there should be more to it for the price . I will order goods again as delivery and follow up are excellent thankyou for speedy service.”
