“I ordered a wall clock for my elderly mother, who wanted one for her room at a Care Home, as when she dozes off and then wakes up, she's occasionally unsure whether its day or night. I wasn't sure if such a clock existed, but Alz Products have such a wonderful selection of products. I ordered the clock I wanted, and it was very well packaged, despatched quickly, and was exactly what I (and my mother) wanted! The clock even had the added bonus of having the batteries included, which makes a lovely change! A number of other sites which sell products for the elderly or people with Alzheimers etc., quite often have such a very high mark up on their products, but I didn't find this with Alz Products. The prices were very reasonable. I am extremely pleased with this Company, and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.”

“I have to thank you for the excellent after sales service I have received. The personal, friendly approach and the efficiency of the return and repair is amazing. If every company and service was as good as yours, the world would be a better place! By the way, my mother has really missed the clock over the last three or four days - proof that this is really a valuable item for dementia sufferers. I can't recommend this product and your company highly enough.”

“Ordering was simple and delivery prompt. Haven't seen the product myself but my father-in-laws neighbour kindly unpacked and set it up for him. He said it was simple to set up, clear to read. My father-in-law said it was great, but a minute slow, how did it know what day it was and where do you wind it up!!!!!! Expecting it will prove indispensable but will see how it goes.”

“My mother's clock had stopped working and the staff were very helpful in suggesting what the problem could be. In this case a new power cable was needed due to the many times the clock had been turned on and off. Less than a fiver plus p&p and new cable arrived a couple of days later. My mother is very happy to have her clock back working.”
