“Very good quality, not like the cheap picnic drinking ones. The only thing that I miss is the chinking sound of glass when you say cheers with your drinking partners. By the way we haven't broken them yet”

“Exactly what we needed for my Mum that sometimes gets confused about whether it is daytime or evening. We have it permanently on the display that just says for example "now it's Thursday morning". Unlike other models you can set the hour when the morning, afternoon, evening and night changes, so this was useful to fit around my Mums schedule. It dims at night, I would have prefered this to be an option to turn off, but it does it when it gets to the night time, so you can adjust that time if neccesary. Easy to see. No issues with ordering or delivery.”

“I gave this to my 92 year old Dad for Father's Day, he has severe Alzheimer's. I looked at the other games and puzzles but because he can no longer read so they were not appropriate for him. He has always loved cat's and we used to have a ginger cat which we called 'Ginger'. When I gave this to him he became very emotional; he was smiling but had tears in his eyes. We have to keep reminding him to stroke his new pet but it seems to have brought him some happiness and confort. Tried to drag and add a jpg. photo but it doesn't seem to have appeared.”

“This was a total failure. The instructions were terrible. I could not set it up. I was trying to do so in a household with an elderly dementia sufferer and cannot believe you offer this product.”

We're sorry to hear our customer has had problems setting up the Flipper remote control. We do provide technical support to any customers who are having problems with their product. We reached out to this customer to offer support and we sent troubleshooting information by email and have also given them advice over the phone. We have not received a response to our follow up emails and have not had the product returned for a refund, so we are hopeful that they have now got the issue resolved.
