“It took a bit of trialling but I got it working with Learning mode on my Mums Smart TV, however I still require the original remote control to select TV mode, therefore an extra button to enable TV mode selection would be a game changer.”

“We purchased the remote for my mum who has Alzheimer’s and can no longer understand how to use the a normal remote for the tv and sky anymore. We can not seem to find the code to link it to the sky Q box. We have used all the codes under sky and it will not work. We are just hoping there is something we are missing. Because it would make her life so much easier for her. This remote would be great if we could get it to work.”
