“I found the front panel hard to remove. I had to get a sharp knife to ease it out and risk the danger of chipping the paint.”

“Excellent piece of equipment Easy to install. Does the job we need although the range seems very affected by location and walls in between. Moving it just a few centimetres left or right in our room can affect reception We have decided just to leave it in one spot where the signal is good as we can hear it loud and clear from there in other rooms.”

“I purchased the Simple Music Player for my dad who has dementia and after a tricky start setting it up (not compatible with iTunes) we eventually sorted it out with the help of Tom from Alzproducts who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It’s absolutely brilliant and hopefully my dad will gain much pleasure from it, also just one more point I’m really glad we paid the extra and purchased the walnut coloured case it looks great in his room.”

“re: Dayclox 8 Digital Calendar Clock Type E Dementia clock - although I do not have dementia, I find this clock so useful, and I sent for another one for my daughter, who suffers from a sleeping sickness and can sleep around the clock, so when she wakes up she doesn't know if it is 2 am in the morning OR at night, now she knows immediately. It is an excellent product and well worth the money. Thankyou so much.”
