“Very pleased with the product. We initially struggled to get it to say the right time but having left it overnight next to a window we woke to find it all set. Our autistic son loves it”

“I purchased this item for my father who has dementia. He absolutely loves it! It would be much better if the whole of the dog was soft bodied though rather than hard. It's not something you can cuddle really it just sits in it's bed and can be stroked.”

“We bought the Mirror books for the 50’s and 60’s for my father in law, but sadly we’re a bit disappointed. The small newspaper print isn’t very sharp and is so small it is hard to read. Bearing in mind these books are more likely to be purchased for ageing people, who might also have sight deterioration, I would have hoped the images and text to be clearer. Having said that, the large headline print is legible so hopefully they will spark some memories.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed with the newspaper books. We do appreciate that the writing is small and may be difficult to read. They are designed to look like the original newspaper and be shared as a reminiscence aid. We do have a 30 day returns policy, so the books can be returned for a refund if they are unsuitable.
