we bought the one button radio for my mother-in-law who is 99 and almost blind. She's in a care home. She can manage the button! Hurray! But has some difficulty in understanding speakers. We hope she'll get used to it. We've set it to her favourite radio station - radio scotland. She may get a hearing aid. I'd just like to say that your delivery courier (DPD?) was very poor. The parcel arrived with two labels to two different addresses. It was only by luck we managed to get it. But I know you were ready to send a substitute if we didn't succeed. And you responded very promptly. I'm impressed.
