“Received day clock within 5 working days well packaged only problem was a very loose foot and a very loose top ring managed to tighten everything but this was a similar issue to another review very easy to set up and working fine.”

We're sorry to hear that the foot and top ring were loose on the Newhaven clock but pleased to hear that our customer was able to tighten them. We do advise our customers that if a product is faulty, they can return it for an exchange or refund.

“I bought an incoming calls only phone which was specifically for my father in law who suffers from dementia. The volume on the calls is far too low and the item does not have a facility to increase the volume. This company sells the phone specifically for people with dementia/Alzheimer’s but it is not fit for purpose.”

“This is a great idea but needs a bit more thought in the execution. The puppy is too hard and the fur could be put on better. The purring sound needs to have a switch to turn it off and the puppy developed an irritating ticking sound which is annoying for someone with dementia. It has the potential to be a good product for someone with dementia. The packaging is lovely for a gift.”

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up this product. Our customer received some technical support directly from the manufacturer and it appears that the product is faulty. We've arranged for a free return and full refund (as requested by the customer) along with our apologies that the product didn't work on this occasion

“My mum has dementia, so this is why I purchased the items from this site. I guess the condition affects different people in different ways, but a common factor must be a loss of cognitive ability, dexterity and site. Many of the gifts here are nostalgia items designed to stimulate memory. Some appear to be recreations of actual games from years gone by, but the problem is they weren't originally designed for people with dementia, they were made as children's games.”
