“Ordered product and three times was emailed by royal mail saying they were going to deliver but each time they failed. Took a week to finally get it when should have been 48hrs as that's what I paid for. AlzProducts said no refund for postage as royal mail can take as long as they like apparently!!!”

We're sorry to hear that there was a delay delivering our customer's order. Our delivery partners are currently experiencing some delays to the delivery of some parcels due to industrial action. The majority of orders being shipped by our standard service are still arriving either early or on time but there has been some exceptions. We have apologised for the inconvenience this has caused our customer.

“The product was very good and easy for my elderly mother to use when we finally got it to work. The problem was in pairing it up with the TV all the codes shown in the paperwork were tried the others that were found on a website. Finally my Nephew found another code from some obscure site and hey presto everything kicked into life. So the product good, setting up not so good. D F”
