“My Dad absolutely loved these jigsaws. Great quality and fantastic for a jigsaw fan to do in hospital and on a lap as they can be done in the box.”

“I bought this for my mother who is suffering with dementia . She adores it and it calms her and also brings great relief to her when she is stressed . I had read the reviews from other people who had found this to be an amazing gift for their parent suffering from dementia It is something that would be loved by all ages young or old . I think it is wonderful and wish I had bought it ages ago . Super fast delivery (within two days which was incredible) . Thank you so much , this gift has certainly helped my mother .”

“Ordered product and three times was emailed by royal mail saying they were going to deliver but each time they failed. Took a week to finally get it when should have been 48hrs as that's what I paid for. AlzProducts said no refund for postage as royal mail can take as long as they like apparently!!!”

We're sorry to hear that there was a delay delivering our customer's order. Our delivery partners are currently experiencing some delays to the delivery of some parcels due to industrial action. The majority of orders being shipped by our standard service are still arriving either early or on time but there has been some exceptions. We have apologised for the inconvenience this has caused our customer.

“The product was very good and easy for my elderly mother to use when we finally got it to work. The problem was in pairing it up with the TV all the codes shown in the paperwork were tried the others that were found on a website. Finally my Nephew found another code from some obscure site and hey presto everything kicked into life. So the product good, setting up not so good. D F”
