“Still have not recieved order”

We sincerely apologise that this customer has had a late delivery on their order, unfortunately the reason for this delay was that the order was placed for items that needed to be customised. Unfortunately, customised orders do take longer to ship and we contacted our customer to inform them of the delay. We have now completed delivery of this product, however we do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

“Quick delivery with no problems. This is an excellent plate which I bought in the ivory colour. It keeps the food very hot. The raised rim makes it easier to pick the food up on a fork. I have already recommended this plate to many of my friends. I would buy more of these plates from this company.”
