Jackie was extremely helpful and arranged to get a replacement sent by 24-hour post while also helping us return the original item painlessly. Communication by email was outstanding. “I bought this for my mum (82) when her dog (Dougal) passed away. I wasn't sure how she would react. She has Alzheimer's however after a week or so of prompting her to activate the dog by voice or touch she absolutely loves him (so do I). Sometimes she realises he's not real and other times she treats him as Dougal especially at night...I know this because I've had to wipe his fur as she's tried to feed the dog food. The dog is an excellent companion and makes her smile and less lonely. Would highly recommend. He barks, snores, sleeps, whimpers, moves his eyes, tail, head and he can be put in sitting or prone position.”

“Absolutely brilliant. We would have to go to Dad's house almost daily because he would press the wrong buttons on his remote and mess they telly up. Since we bought from you this does not happen any more and we have our lives back. He suffers from mixed Dementia”
