We're sorry to hear that our customer had trouble setting up this device. We've contacted this customer to offer our support and our customer service team are always available to help with the set-up of any of our technical products, by email or telephone. We also have a 30 day hassle free returns policy should any product not be suitable. We have queried the lock feature on the phone with the manufacturer and they have clarified with us how this works. There is an automatic safety feature that locks the phone after use, so the user does not accidently make calls. For example, when the phone is in a pocket or handbag. The phone needs to be unlocked to make a call but not to receive one. To unlock the phone to make a call then a longpress on button ... is needed. We will look at adding this information to our product page.

We are sorry to hear that our customer is not happy with their purchase. With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.
