“The plates were exactly as shown on the website. Delivery was very prompt and the goods were in use the day we received them. The lady I spoke to with my order was very helpful and sounded friendly which put me at my ease.”

“The game is great - simple, bright and tactile. Dad is mid-stage so this is nice and easy for him to play. The other great thing is that it gets him moving, even playing sitting he had to keep getting up to collect his beanbag. Reason for knocking a star off is that the box was squashed and damaged in transit, not to do with the product itself.”

“Haven't received this parcel yet..It was supposed to be a Christmas present but far too late now. I've had to chase the delivery and hopefully it will be with me 24-48 hours. I am disappointed that I have not received it yet.”

We're sorry to hear our customer did not receive their order on time. We contacted the customer to offer assistance and gave them the tracking information. Royal Mail had attempted the delivery twice, however, since this review has been left the order has been delivered. We do provide full tracking information with all of our orders and rarely experience any issues with delivery but are happy to help when problems do occur.

“Disappointed the dog is hard and not soft to touch. Very irritating that the batteries have to be removed each time needing a screwdriver. Should have a on /off button.”

We're sorry to hear our customer was disappointed that the Cavalier King Charles puppy did not have an on/off switch and that it was too hard. We do have a 30-day returns policy, so the puppy can be returned for a refund. Please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get this booked into our system.
