We're sorry to hear that our customer had trouble setting up this device. We've contacted this customer to offer our support and our customer service team are always available to help with the set-up of any of our technical products, by email or telephone. We also have a 30 day hassle free returns policy should any product not be suitable. We have queried the lock feature on the phone with the manufacturer and they have clarified with us how this works. There is an automatic safety feature that locks the phone after use, so the user does not accidently make calls. For example, when the phone is in a pocket or handbag. The phone needs to be unlocked to make a call but not to receive one. To unlock the phone to make a call then a longpress on button ... is needed. We will look at adding this information to our product page.

With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“We bought the Simple Music Player for Dad's 87th birthday. He has always loved his jazz music but unfortunately, despite having hundreds of LP's, he is no longer able to use his stereo equipment. This player is just so easy to use (once down-loaded with music for him by a young person!!). Dad's face was a picture when we first switched it on for him. He can now enjoy his music again so easily. It has a great sound too. We are very impressed and Dad loves it.”

“Great simple product easy to fit and use it’s for someone with dementure who keeps using the microwave and leaving things in there till they incinerate. Was a real problem and carers need the microwave for her meals. The only issue we had was the cover is quite large and didn’t fit over socket in original location because it was very close to a cupboard above but we just relocated microwave and all sorted. Great value for peace of mind.”
