“We ordered a radio from AlzProducts which did not work in our elderly relative's area. We returned this to AlzProducts (at their expense) and they sent another radio, which also didn't work. We returned this one to AlzProducts (at their expense) and then ordered the DAB version from them, which is great. Throughout the process AlzProducts were very helpful and I would recommend using them to anyone who needs dementia related equipment.”

“I recently purchased a Dayclox from this company and can honestly say it’s the most seamless online purchase I’ve ever made. Their website was easy to navigate, I could pay securely using Paypal and the product arrived so promptly and in immaculate condition I couldn’t believe it! This is how buying online is meant to be, but there’s always seems to be hassle involved. Not with this team. AlzProducts were the only company I found who would ship internationally to Australia (I wasted a few hours trying to buy it online from other companies) and their website also helps you select the appropriate power adapter needed for your region of the world. I was resigned to this meaning another piece of hardware involved (thinking I’d be plugging the clock into a separate power convertor, then into my wall - a bulky set-up that would constantly get knocked out from the wall with the vacuum etc), but AlzProducts makes the conversion for you. The clock arrived with only one cord which I could plug straight into the wall! They also pre-set the time and date for Australian time so it was ready to go. It might sound like a small thing, but honestly, when you’re dealing with ageing parents and all the attendant stress, to happen on a company this dedicated to customer service was a godsend. Thank you! I’m impressed and grateful. On a final note, the Dayclox itself is terrific. I bought the 7” which is large enough to see clearly and the perfect size for my Mum’s bedside table. The kickstand is a simple rod (so not bulky at all) and the clock is light but very stable. It’s even better than anticipated and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.”
