“To be honest, hadn't heard of company before an online search while looking for a last minute Christmas present for my mother who suffers with dementia. Excellent service once clock was ordered and the "tracker" option allowed a check to be made each step of the journey from factory to house. Ordered Sunday night, delivered Wednesday- brilliant stuff. Thanks.”

“Your on line ordering system was very clear. However when i got to the payment page, my computer wouldn't load the page. i tried approx 4 times over several days. As I was concerned about leaving my details on your website unfinished I looked for an 'empty shopping basket' button but couldn't find one. However I received an e mail from you and I then contacted you by phone where a very helpful lady completed my order. My order has now been received, beautifully and well packed so thank you for good customer service.”

“Ordering and service left nothing to be desired. I did find the Flipper difficult to set up but won eventually. I'm visiting the elderly lady who I got it for after Christmas. I left my phone number with her and she's not rung for help yet! Once set up it seems simple to use but I suppose that depends how mentally able you are when you're elderly AND ill. Please ensure none of my personal information is passed on to other companies Thanks R A Hall (Mr)”

“Most impressed by Tom's professional and informative approach. Very speedy delivery, and very pleased to know that should my aunt not like it, I may return it by the end of January for a refund/exchange. Most big companies could learn a lot from you guys in terms of customer service; given today's statistics, they could well require your services, and it would serve them right if they were treated as they treat us!
