“This Flipper remote control is simple to set, and could be the answer for people who struggle with two remotes- box top and tv remotes. I purchased it for my mother in law, who didn't get on with it, but that is no reflection of the product. She was too used to two remotes. When I queried a refund, Alz Products were absolutely amazing. I had a quick, polite reply, and a very efficient way of returning the product. Exemplary customer service, which they should teach to some bigger retailers. I would use Alz Products again with no hesitation.”

“The size of this phone is good, and the buttons are easier than standard to use. Unfortunately there is one feature missing, which would be applicable to a number of users of this type of phone. That is to enable the insertion of a pause to access an outside line - in a care home for example, as my husband has to. He has great difficulty using any phone because of lack of dexterity and sensitivity, so needs to dial as few keys as possible. This phone seems not to allow him to put the access number then pause then the destination number all in the phone book.”

“I bought this cat for my husband who is in a care home due to his Alzheimer's and mobility issues. We used to have a cat. It has bought a smile to his face with the purring and meowing but the click clacking when it moves frightens him as he think it's going to attack him I sent an email about my concerns but only a couple of days ago so haven't had a reply yet”

“We bought this for a adult male with autism. As he has broken most of the music players we have bought over the years we did not expect this one to last either. That said, he just loves the player and it is still going strong. It is so simple for him to use, all he has to do is open the lid and the music begins. The simplicity of this product has ensured he does not become frustrated trying to work out what buttons to press and the fact that it is continuous music means he does not have to change disks. A total win win with this product.”

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up the 'Trusted Caller Only' option on the TrueCall Secure unit and felt that the instructions for this were unclear. The settings can be changed in the handset menu and at the internet control panel and it explains how to do this in the instructions. We have fed back the customer's comments to the manufacturer who will review their instructions to see if they could be more clearly explained. Both ourselves and the manufacturer have UK customer service teams available who are happy to help anyone with the set-up of their kit.
