Jackie was extremely helpful and arranged to get a replacement sent by 24-hour post while also helping us return the original item painlessly. Communication by email was outstanding. Anyone can sell stuff - but only great companies deal with problems as well as this. Well done!”

“Hi I am a Parkinson’s sufferer and have fallen quite badly recently so I bought the watch to alert my family that I may have fallen. It's impossible to follow the instructions and when you get to a particular page you can't get out of it. I've been trying for 3 days and am completely fed up with not being able to get the thing to WORK. Sincerely Ingrid Mair”

We’re sorry to hear that our customer was not happy with the instructions and struggled to set the watch up. We reached out to our customer to offer technical support, however the customer decided to return the watch. We provided a prepaid returns label so our customer could return the watch to us free of charge and they have decided to have a full refund, which we processed for them immediately. Our customer service team are always happy to help with any technical support via the telephone or email.
