“Early days, but first impression is sound quality is disappointing. A carrying handle would make it much more convenient.”

“The AlzProducts website was user friendly and the ordering process was clear and easy. Customer service were polite and helpful when I told them I wanted to return the product but they were not interested in the reason for the return. To date I have not yet received my refund but it has been less than a week so hopefully this will not be a problem”

“This is a good music player for demetia sufferers which is easy to use. I bought one for my wife who is in a care home on the recommendation of a family friend. It has a 3GB memory for adding music which is ample for mp3 files. Most of my music is in flac format but Icould still addover 100 tracks. I found that music is played in order loaded even if rearranged in the memory subsequently. Consequently, I compiled a file of album tracks which I then ordered by name to shuffle them before loading into the player. Playlists would be another solution. Volume adjustment is by recessed buttons on the base of the player so not easily adjusted by the user. Otherwise, controls are dementia friendly - lift he lid to play, press the button to skip track and close the lid to stop. When visiting, it allows us to have a dance in her room to reinforce our relationship. A good purchase.”

“The machine is good but 50% of my pills get stuck and have to be pulled out. I think that the pills are hygroscopic and swell very slightly. Not ideal but now I have the hang of it, I can cope.”

“Wonderful! My 96 mum (who does not have dementia) absolutely loves the puppy and cat. It is lovely to see how differently each product has been designed in that they each have their own feline/ canine personality traits. Would not hesitate to recommend!”

“I bought this clock for my husband. It is a very good product - nice, clear signage with date and time and easy to make changes on the Menu. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the night time dimmer could be darker. As a bedside clock the light is distracting at night, and we turn it aside before he going to sleep.”

“I purchased the pressure mattress for my hausband who was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease and Dementia , he gets up in many times in the night to use the toilet and he needs my assistance to walk. the pressure mat has been life changing for me as I no longer spend the night worrying he might fall. My husband often sleeps late in the morning enabling me to do housework in the knowledge that i will be alerted as soon as he puts his feet to the floor.”

“These were good quality stickers and had some good labels in them. I like the fact you can stick them down and then reuse them. I needed more kitchen labels, with each kitchen item individually listed - eg the cups and plates were on the same label whereas my parents' cups and plates are stored in different cupboards. Also, it would be useful to have more than one of each - so, several plates, several cutlery labels etc. It might even be a good idea to have large labels that you can write on yourself.”

“The Border Terrier puppy is very cute and realistic however if the product could be made softer it would be so much better. Plus an on/off switch like toy dogs have. It is a very good simulated dog for those with dementia”
