“Like many online retailers, Farley takes payment before goods despatch which sometimes is 2-3 weeks Also no free returns unlike many similar companies Product range is good, but delivery times slow”

“Recently purchased a pair of ARIAT Savannah boots, unfortunately they will be going back as they do not fit. I could not get my feet into the boots as the opening where the zip is too narrow for my feet to slide in. Disappointed”

“Unfortunately, the Barbour jacket I ordered was out of stock in the size required. But it was put on back order and Louisa agreed to honour the sale price. Louisa couldn't have been more helpful. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for the jacket to be delivered. I can thoroughly recommend A Farley Country Attire.”

“Personal shopping experience- I’m a larger ladie, popped in to look at coats, had a few to choose from and larger sizes in stock, walked away with a lovely coat and advised to call in again. If I looking for anything particular the owner is happy to order in to try on.”

“Ordered men's jeans.Delivery took 8 days.Unfortunately had to return items as they did not fit.Telephoned three times with a query about the return before the call was answered.I realise that the supplier is a small business but phone calls should be answered much more efficiently.”
