Excellent item, but Farley's claim to provide fast delivery turns out not to be true. In comparison with my experiences with almost any other on-line business, they are far too leisurely, and answers to telephone enquiries about the status of the order are verging on the dishonest. The first 2 phone calls were met with the '9 working days' rule. It was only on the 3rd inquiry that the truth came out, namely that the warehouse was out of stock and delivery from Germany was to be awaited. The eventual transfer into the hands of the courier was over 7 days after money had been transferred into Farley's bank account. Very nice for them, but extremely irritating to the customer. Money should be transferred only when the item is dispatched.

Yes I did purchase an item and the delivery company sent me a picture of its delivery in front of a brown door. My door is white, contacted the delivery people and Farley yet to have feedback from either even a holding note

Picked up my tweed jacket yesterday, and it saw action today already, as The High Command and I took my grandchildren out to spoil them. It is hard to tell which one gave me the greater pleasure, babysitting the grandchildren, or strolling about in my new Harris tweed jacket (or rather it is dangerous to tell, he he) .............

Thank you for delivery via DPD there delivery information is excellent. My Ariat Telluride ll H20 siize 5.5 are very good. I would say that I usually have size 5 and been having them for years but this year we're.too small looking at the sole width to my old pair I would say they are slightly narrower.

I have used A Farley twice both times the service was excellent , delivery on time and purchase packed great , unfortunately the ke chameau ladies wellingtons were a little small , return was quick through local post office after an email to explain my return the response was immediate and very helpful will reorder again

My boots weren’t in stock but I was told and given the choice to cancel order or wait for it, decided to wait for it and they can within a few days. Over all good service.

Bought a pair of Alfred half brogue shoes from A Farley Country Attire and was delighted that from ordering to arrival took less than a week. High quality both shoes and service.

Took to long for delivery items says in stock and then days later you get emails to say out of stock left waiting for items also no free returns or easy returns procedure very difficult and frustrating sending items back and pay for returns postage timetaken to process returns not very good customer service upon calling again not good still left waiting for a full refund to be processed currently on the 3rd week would not recommend will not be ordering again very disappointed with the service overall
