“The two sale items I purchased were good value and on this occasion despatched promptly without waiting weeks for delivery The Barker shoes were superb and well packaged. However the Fynch Hatton sweater was screwed up, very creased and no external packaging whatsoever within the very large cardboard box”

“OK guys, you asked me to comment, I presume honestly, so here goes. Once I have completed the current exchange process I shall never deal with your company again. I recently placed an order with you for a pair of quite expensive trousers which I had to return because the fit was poor for me and I ordered Navy Blue and received Black. I was shocked to find out that the terms of return were nothing like most of the companies deal with who offer free returns, oh no, you charge me for return or tell me to,pay it myself. Gosh thanks, how kind. Now, having returned the items, I have received a message to say have received my return but are so busy it may be 10 days before my refund is posted to my account with you so I can re order things I don't really need anyway to save the "fines" for not keeping the goods you sent me in the first place. Never again, I am disgusted with a level of service and attitude that bears no comparison to othe successful suppliers of mine. You need to take a long hard look at your levels of service and terms, of trading before you cease to trade which is very likely if you continue like this. Dear heaven I've even just returned an order to Germany, by freely provided return arrangements that took two days and I have had the refund for at least a week. You are still busy telling me how busy you are. Very poor Vustomer terms and approach that will certainly prevent me from ever ordering from you again. Good luck, your going to need it. 😡😡😡😡”

“This is my second purchase with A Farley in as many weeks. Excellent high quality product shoes as described, very competitively priced and promptly delivered. Once again, excellent personal service with old fashion courtesy and attention to customer service. The carrier/courier had an initial difficulty with my delivery address but a quick message to Farley and the young lady at Farley quickly resolved the issue and delivery made with minimum delay. Thank you to Freya at Farley. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and look forward to making future purchases with absolute confidence.”

“First time purchasing from A Farley and the service was excellent,i bought some Ariat boots on sale and then i also got a discount for using their site for the first time,i was kept upto date with my parcel with tracking updates i loved the boots so much i ordered another pair the same for spares and without even paying for next day delivery they came the very next day ,that for me is excellent customer service and i give A Farley a big 5 stars i didn’t think the boots would be any good for me as i have a fused ankle and was worried i wouldn’t get them on but was so over the moon when i got them on and they are the comfiest boots i own hence why i bought 2 pair massive thanks A Farley i highly recommend 🥰”
