“I placed an order for a pair of boots that were showing as in stock on the A Farley website. The order was acknowledged and the payment was taken in full. It transpired that the product was not in stock, and took about one month to arrive. In these days of sophisticated e-commerce systems, it isn't acceptable to advertise products as available when they aren't. I wouldn't recommend or use A Farley again.”

“Ordered some very expensive cowboy boots last Tuesday, thinking that they’d be dispatched straight away, but a week on and they still haven’t been sent. I’m extremely disappointed. Tried to contact using the live chat and I just keep getting fobbed off. I just want to cancel my order now but not able to do that either. I checked the reviews and this seems to be a common thread that it takes this company ages to send out items. I think this is extremely unprofessional and awful customer service”

“Recently received my Ariat Woodstock wellies. Sooo comfy to wear and love the Bracken colour. I had to wait a little while for them but wasn’t bothered about that. I was kept up to date with when they were going to be delivered. Thanks A Farley Country Attire ☺️”

“I received my order very quickly and had very very regular updates. The product I bought worked well on my ivory leather/espadrilles sandals and leather bag to protect and weather proof them, I haven’t used this company before, the only thing is be nice if the waterproof container was sealed. Packaged well and I would recommend this company. Purchased Saphir Super Invulnerable protect and waterproof most surfaces”
