“Good price and item arrived in good time and good condition”

“A Farley has a very impressive and comprehensive website. However for items ordered their delivery process takes at least a week longer than other similar online retailers. I also find their delivery packaging quite flimsy and given that one of my last items seems to be faulty and arrived without operating instructions i am struggling to find out how to return the item (other retailers seem to provide documentation in the delivery package for potentail returns). So before concluding i need to see how the return process pans out - i am not feeling too confident based on experience to date.”

“Great customer service, I had an issue with an online order where I couldn't redeem my gift vouchers and loyalty points. One e-mail to customer service and Livvy responded within the hour with a couple of solutions. I picked one and Livvy jumped on it and sorted my order. So 10/10 for service - I will be back.”

“Great customer service - one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but they called me and left a voicemail to confirm this within hours of me placing the order. I came back to them 2 weeks later to ask for an update on the out of stock item and got a response with 7 minutes of sending the first email! Due to no restock date, I did request a refund which was processed quickly and efficiently, but will be be back to reorder as soon as the item is in stock.... Thank you Freya”
