“Customer service was excellent. I received a pair of Ariat boots which were marked a bit. I sent them back at no cost to myself and chose another pair. I could have had my money back but chose another pair which were more expensive and I fully expected to pay the difference. But to be fair to Farley they did not charge me any more. Delivery was next day as well. Communication was excellent as well 10/10”

“I do not like the fact that you no longer have a phone number. You have lost the essential personal touch like so many other companies That is a great shame to older customers like myself who spend money I have just ordered three pairs of trousers and had much difficulty on line as it rejected two. Credit cards Dealing with a AI chat line is not my idea of a personal service, but I doubt my observations will make any difference as you will say that the majority of clients are very content!”

“I mostly liked the website with a wide array of stock. The colour poncho I chose was not available so chose another option. My item took a while to be delivered but well worth the wait as it’s a great product. My only gripe is a lack of communication and a human voice wouldn’t go a miss. All in all a good service.”
