“At the start I was really happy with the ease of ordering from A Farley however I ordered a jacket and it had been apparently discontinued , but I hadn’t been made aware I was just told there was a delay from the stockist. I decided to cancel the item as I needed it for Christmas and re ordered the newer version of the jacket that was in stock. I received no email conf although had the PayPal receipt. After a few days I decided to call and was advised the order was there and it would be delivered but maybe not for Christmas. The jacket arrived 2 days before which I was really happy about however it was a tad too small so I needed the next size up. I have not been able to talk to anyone as the return needed an order number which I hadn’t got for the 2nd jacket as I had no conf email as previously mentioned. i have sent 4 emails and tried the phone however this has been suspended due to high call demand. I decided to initiate the return annd just sent my email trail of the saga and purchased the DPD return (£8.95) from the A Farley website. Again I am waiting for confirmation of this and the email label to be able to send the item back. I realise it is still the Christmas period but I have to say the communication has been awful. Most businesses are in operation and there is nothing on the website to say they are closed for the period. I am at a loss to know what to do next . I think just a simple confirmation automatic email in response would be good even if they can’t deal with the issues there and then.”

“Purchased a pair of HOGGS OF FIFE Shire Pro Waterproof Dealer Boots which are very comfortable boots. Great costumer service from the A Farley team. I originally ordered a pair of these boots but was emailed and told that they were not in stock to which I was refunded straight away. I then ordered another pair and was kept up to date until I received them via the shop App. Easy to deal with. Will definitely be using A Farley in the near future.”

“My recent customer experience with A Farley Country Attire was nothing short of awful. Initially, I purchased a pair of Ariat boots for my daughter for Christmas. I chose to use A Farley as they guaranteed Next Day delivery. However, the "next day" turned into 4 days. When they arrived, they were faulty and so rather than try to process a refund so close to Christmas I simply ordered another pair hoping that the Next Day delivery would, in fact, be next day. My order was processed. 7 hours later, at the end of the working day, I received a phone call to say that they didn't actually have the boots in stock. The timing of this phone call gave me no opportunity to find an alternative supplier for these boots or anything similar and so as a direct result of this company's inefficiency/dishonesty, my daughter didn't receive her main Christmas present. Other than processing my initial refund using their lame apology of a "free return", I will never deal with this awful company ever again. Had the initial Next Day delivery happened on time maybe this could have all been avoided, and my daughter could have received her Christmas present. Shame on you and your "exemplary levels of customer service".”

“Haven't received Jacket yet . Had every excuse under the sun off DPD couriers. Can't find the property you weren't in . I live in a village with 30 property's and they cant find the property . An absolute joke . They say they have been in the village when they haven't. Got CCTV images to prove it Not Happy .”
