“ORDER #108885 Hi, I received the order of Le Chameau wellingtons, which was great. A couple of comments though, they came with the free boot bag as detailed on your offer of March 16, but no free socks which were also mentioned in the offer. Also, they came within the usual 3-5 day delivery timeframe which was fine, but the offer stated next working day delivery. Not a huge issue as I wasn't in desperate need (despite my existing wellies having sprung a leak!), but just wanted to let you know that the email offer differed slightly to what was delivered. “I bought shoes from A Farley Country Attire and was very happy with my purchase. The staff were communicative and courteous when there was a delay with the shipment arriving to them from Ireland, understandable these days. I Would definitely shop with them again”

“Bought a pair of Ariat wellingtons for my wife which was advertised with a free boot bag. When the wellingtons arrived there was no boot bag, but a £10 voucher saying that supplies had run out. Not impressed and really disappointed, would have been happy to wait till they were available, also noticed that boot bags were double the price of the voucher. Not a good customer service.”

“Boots are too small despite going up a half size. Obviously not A Farley fault. However was disappointed by the the returns policy which requires me to buy another pair and then return the original pair at my own expense. Next size up out of stock but would not take the risk in any case of having to return another pair. Will buy elsewhere. It’s not clear that there is a charge for returns or I wouldn’t have ordered. Indeed see screenshot below of Google result.”

“Very poor customer service definitely not next day delivery and when items not in stock so you pay for a more expensive item still takes even longer to get the item 🙈Harkila stuff is amazing and could sell itself the service you give maybe A Farley should stick to the cheaper brands !!!!! Where service is not so important”
