Ordered three trousers to be delivered to Portugal. I never got an order confirmation from Farley. Had to chase delivery 10 days after I ordered it. Then the saga began as the goods were detained at Lisbon FedEx depot. It took nearly 50 emails to get the goods released. FedEx informed me that Farley hadn't sent the correct export invoice. I finally requested this from Farley and the goods were released. At no point did Farley want to resolve the situation on my behalf. And to cap it all, my order which cost £399 was then charged a further €239 by FedEx to release the goods. Thoroughly disappointing and expensive experience.
