“Bought some riding gloves as a birthday gift . Unfortunately they were out of stock after the payment had been taken . But arrived 4 weeks later .”

“Customer services absolutely brilliant. I was a little disappointed with the length of delivery just over a week and 1 day for standard delivery. If I had of known that I would have purchased on Amazon as they could have delivered in 2days for the same cost. All in all, happy.”

“The boots are super comfy and look great for gumboots. The only minor issue is one boot feels slightly more roomy than the other which is annoying but I have worn them and hopefully will forget once I get some big thick socks.”

“I ordered some boots and they took longer than promised to arrive. I then enquired about ordering replacement but the response took so long that I ordered from Amazon in the meantime. But a positive side is the customer care recieved after complaining”

“I recently placed an order for a pair of trousers which I had to return because the fit was poor for me and I had ordered Burgundy and received Black. That said however the Company were very responsive to my complaint and gave me a full refund...they were helpful and positive to deal with and in all this was a positive Customer Experience.”

“The trousers were exactly as expected, with the exception of of the legs being one inch longer than advertised. Rather than return them and reorder, I had them altered locally.”

“Very reliable helpful servicenormally and good value clothing. My only minor cocern is the length of timeit tokk the order to reach me. I paid over £8 for delivery which was stated as 7-8 working days. My order was accepted on the 12th January and not deivered until the 24th. Otherwise no complaints”

“Great product, worth the wait for. The only minor thing is the poor communication about the delay in delivery. And you cannot speak to a human to help, only a chatbot and sending an email (which, i personally i feel companies hide behind, and rather speak to aperson as i feel better custmor service!!!)”

“I have had Meyer trousers a lot of times usually 36 inch waist but elasticated waist band . I ordered 38 inch but I couldn't fasten them .i looked to see if I could alter them and I could but there were too long .The lady I use to alter clothes would have charged me £20 so I sent them back the jumper pet I ordered was great but somehow I ordered the wrong colour I wanted blue but sold out. Sorry”
