Happy with product and came perfect, but I paid for 3 to 5 day delivery and it took 10 days. However happy with the product I received.

my order was received within 4 working days. Unfortunately they did not fit my husband. It would have been great if I could have just exchanged the order but I have now returned order and I am awaiting the refund before I can re order in the right size. I was informed within a day that the return had arrived at your head office but I am still awaiting the refund. In the meantime my husband is lacking a new pair of boots. I will be reordering but once i have received the refund. Just all taking far too long

I bought a pair of Meyer chinos from A Farley & was a little disappointed to find that the color & illustration of the item was not accurate. They are a much darker shade of beige than I’d hoped.

Unfortunately the boots had to be returned ,as they were too small. As suggested, I ordered another pair (that have now arrived). HOWEVER, I am still awaiting the DPD pre paid return label that I bought four days ago for the first pair!

Unfortunately the product delivered (some Crispi boots) were the wrong size. despite the box showing they were UK10/EU44 they were actuall size 9/43. However I was very impressed with the efficient and curtious customer service provided by Livvy who immediately sent the return details and personally checked stock to see if the right size was available. Sadly it wasn't but none the less I would definately use A Farley in the future based on my customer service experience.

Delivery issue's quite frustrating, however staff dealt with the issue each time thankfully. Items finally received and at least very pleased with the quality of clothes purchased.

I have been buying from A Farley and have been impressed with the service m, my only concern is the lack of communication if there is a problem which I am glad to say was resolved

I ordered a pair of black cowgirl boots which arrived well packaged although a little delayed, but was kept informed of delays.Unfortunately I had to return them as the instep was too narrow for my foot & could not get the boots on, shame as they were beautiful boots & just what I wanted. So if you have slim feet thy will be perfect, but not foe me so they were returned.No return instructions in the box so had to call to get instructions re return & refund, but once again they were helpful on the phone but the return was at my expense.

Ordering was easy and communication was good. The coat I ordered wasn’t as padded as I thought but will do for spring and summer. The hat I bought is good quality if a tad too big but a small would be too small I feel! But all in all a good experience for a first order and would most likely order again.

I saw the 10% off first purchase offer on the website *after* my first purchase! Farley rectified this at once when I pointed it out, with a refund. The awful DPD Local (not DPD, which is generally fine) screwed up delivery, but again Farley graciously apologised and sorted it out.

My order took nearly 3 weeks to come and was only finally delivered after me phoning twice to see what was going on. Then didn’t receive the free gift that should have come with original order. Since this they have now been in touch and rectified my complaint. Very happy and will be a returning customer.

Product very good as described but unfortunately someone in the warehouse team picked a half size larger than I ordered , I’ve kept them as didn’t seem too bad but I’m starting to have doubts now it’s obviously too late !!
