The RM Williams belt I received was a very nice gift for my husband and he appreciated it very much. It’s sturdy but also has the classic RM Williams quality and style.

Quality product but after purchase the communication on timing of delivery is poor. I had to follow up with an enquiry. They were helpful and responded quickly but in the end the item arrived after they advised it would.

Generally very pleased with my purchase however there was a delay which appears to have been due to the warehouse. I received confirmation of my order which started that the goods were to be sent " express delivery, 48 hrs". Then it all went quiet and I was confused as to whether the parcel was in its way or not. I rang in day 5 and your staff were amazing, looked into the order and rang me to say it would be in its way via next day delivery. Just wonder what went wrong in the first instance.

Product purchased was just what I was looking for but their delivery needs improvement ordered 3rd Received 15th that was a "4 to 7 working day" in this day and age too long can get every bit good quality From other suppliers therefore I would think twice in ordering from this company again

Good quality goods at reasonable prices. The payment is taken at the time of order and goods often are not delivered for weeks despite paying for a 3 day delivery Not the first time for Meyer products have taken weeks to be dlivered

Very good service and great communication once the order was ready to ship. However the order took longer to ship and arrive than I had expected. If the speed of the order processing could be improved then the system would be excellent.

Great to be able to get Yeti products with some discount! Lost a star as my item arrived in 6 working days when it stated 2-5 working days. Customer service responded within 24 hours when I had a question. Overall very happy and will use again.

No issues at all. Ordered a Yeti 35l back pack and arrived in 6 working days. 10% discount was appreciated too! One star lost as it did didn’t quite make the 5 working days delivery as stated.
