I placed an order on 2nd February with a 2-5 day delivery. It finally arrived on 13th Feb and was returned via DPD within the hour. Its now 27th February and despite numerous emails requesting the outstanding money I still haven't received it. Its over £130.00. If you want your goods on time or your money back within a reasonable time, I strongly suggest you look for alternative purchasing options. The only correspondence I have had is with a Chatbot.

Slow refund - can't speak to customer service, just a dumb chatbot. Still waiting 18 days after receiving confirmation that my returned parcel had arrived. Chargeback with credit card company next......

This one star is for the returns service! I bought the original crispi highland boots, no issues with the product. I returned them because they were not going to be suitable for my needs. I was able to purchase the upgrade to these boots at another shop, where I was able to try them on along with another boot. So I arranged immediately a returns process following AFarley process, they took £7.45 off the amount to be returned. I got confirmation (09/02/26)that they had received them back and that it could be up to 10 working days for the money to be returned to my account. Yesterday was the 10 days, I went to contact Farleys today, no option to phone them it’s chat or email. I did chat expecting to speak to human but get AI. I don’t want to speak to AI which goes through aspects of your chat, AI will not let you speak to anyone. Although I have now received an email saying the refund has been processed, I’m still expected to wait a couple of days more for the actual money. This has totally put me off using this company for any form of clothing ever again. There is no reason for such a delay on returning peoples money, they use the reasons as “peak season” The company need to supply phone number so you can actually speak to a human person and not AI, like last year when I had a query and sorted immediately by a human on the phone.

2 weeks down the line and still haven’t received order, co tagged someone they said would get it out (item clearly had been forgotten about) to then now the been delivered to the wrong address and now they won’t do anything till another 10 days have gone by so I’ve got to wait yet again before anything.

The website was good and quick and it was easy to purchase the product on the payment forms i had an email imeadiatley informing me the purchase would be deivered in 5-7 days. After 10 days i had a conversation with a chat bot that went round in circles. until it said would i like the customer service team to contact me.. i had an email conversation with the customer service team and i was a ssured i would have it in a couple of days. That time went by and i emailed the customer service team. NO reply, Finally a couple of days later i had an email from a delivery company saying thye would deliver my purchase. It was to late i had already gone away The issue is you cannot talk to anyone in the company and the they never kept me informed on any dealys and did not repond to my email. They have alot of competion out there so next time i will use them and see how they perform. this will be my first and last purchase from A farley

No interest in real customer service, as no means of speaking directly to a customer just live chat or email. Tried to use my new customer discount without success on purchase. Boots too big and on trying to return 28 days after purchase, impossible by email to activate return. Live chat apologised profusely, agreed I was in time and gave me an email address. No reply for two days and email saying I was now out of time and return not possible. Phone number given to discuss but only, when called, directing me to same live chat and email. I now have an unwearable pair of boots I, apparently, can no longer return. I'm guessing this is the last I will hear from you but it is certainly the last time I will buy from you unless someone will stand by their assurances. I note communication by telephone is possible. It is not.

I find it astonishing that after sending emails and making calls that you have still not communicated what I need to do to fix the Vessel golf bag I received. After sending 2 emails chasing what to do next, when I did call, you said that you were only a small family business that didn’t open emails and that I must call to make things happen. And when I did call I was promised a resolution. I wanted to give you time to respond but still I hear nothing from you. The product is faulty on the piping and I require a replacement Vessel golf bag. At least can you speak with Vessel. I still want the bag but the piping for a new product is faulty. Can you please call or email me with a resolution.

I ordered a jumper for a massive present, and Farleys promised if I ordered now a week before Xmas it would be delivered within 3 days. Well that didn't happen and it was delivered 8th Jan. Tried to get refund and told to phone and it would be sorted. Called but it was always caller number 6 and waited for ages to no avail. The jumper that I received was wrong colour, but couldn't be bothered calling up to swap as they aren't professional in their complaints department. I won't be buying from them again. Also I thought I was on the Glenmuir web site and still don't understand how this company managed to get my custom, will be contacting Glenmuir to find out. Be ware buy else where.

Terrible service. They completely failed in every aspect. I placed two orders just after Christmas. The first order was required for a forthcoming holiday. I spoke with their team on 3 separate dates to confirm the delivery date and was told each time that it would be delivered on the agreed date. I offered to pay to upgrade to next day delivery and they told me that I wouldn't need to. Come the agreed day of delivery and....(drum roll) no delivery. Rang them and they then go and check and find that the order hadn't been dispatched. The second order was for a pair of Tricker boots and some shoe cream. I paid extra for next day delivery. I received the boots in good time, but the incorrect colour and style were sent. The shoe cream has yet to arrive. Hopelessly incompetent and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. I'll spend my £500 elsewhere, hopefully with a retailer that will not repeatedly fail to deliver on their promises, that will deliver all of what I ordered and will deliver the correct items.

Very disappointed with the time it took to deliver.. It stated it would take from 5-7 days ordered in the 15dec .. didn’t come until 31st.. This was meant to be a Christmas present to be given on Christmas day

As many have said before, the customer service is diabolical. On 20 November I ordered two shirts. As nothing had arrived by 4 December, I (remarkably) managed to speak to someone who said one was in and available for dispatch which she sent out that day. It arrived strewed up in a mailing bag and without any labels or tags, almost like the proceeds of a shop lifter! Without my prompt I am sure it would not have been dispatched. The outstanding shirt is still showing on my order as "ordered": this clearly show they are selling things they don't have. Their phone is not answered and emails are ignored, so there is no reasonable way of using customer services. I have registered a dispute with my credit card provider and requested a charge-back. Might I suggest that others in a similar position do likewise and it might liven up this Company to the fact that customers matter.

Still awaiting delivery from the 11th December. Not able to contact them by telephone as directed to an email address, and receive a general email response saying there is staff sickness. First time I have used this company and no really a great first impression.
