What a shambles! A month after being told that there would be a week's delay in receiving the trousers I had ordered by telephone, and immediately paid for, I received an email to say they were no longer available. I phoned to enquire what other colours were available as they were still being advertised for 3 days delivery, I was promised a ring back. It never came. I phoned again, and for the second time never received a promised ring-back. I later learned that none of the other four colours still being being promoted in my size on the company's website were available either. At that point, and three weeks on, I wrote to the company requesting the return of my cash - only to receive a reply asking if I would like to have the cash back or purchase something else. I replied three working days ago to ask again for the return of the cash. So far I have had neither payment nor acknowledgement of my request. The company really needs to get its act together, in terms of marketing, departmental communication, telephone sales training, stock control, web-site updating and customer liason - to name but a few. I would never attempt to buy from them again

We’re very sorry for your experience. At the time of your order, the trousers were in stock in our shop, but the last pair sold before we could pick them. We expected a restock within the timeframe, but the item was missing from the delivery, and when we checked again it was no longer available. On 22nd July we left a voicemail and sent an email to advise, but unfortunately had no alternatives to offer. Delivery timelines are a fantasy. Information provided consistently incorrect/lies. Despite ordering with plenty of time to spare, the item did not arrive in time for a trip. Customer service team lied about delivery times. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend.

The product is ok depending of the brand but the delivery service below any standard on their site the product is on stock but after 10 days of waiting for delivery they email you and say we build up the stock now sorry for this we speak about £ 200 is a big scam this company, my opinion never again guys also I ordered 9.5 Ariat safety Chelsea boots and I got 9 so disappointed 100% is not about money is about your customer service RUBBISH!!!

Ordered a golf bag on the 28th June, 2 to 5 day delivery. After fake DPD attempts over 7 days (they come to me at least twice a day) I cancelled the order. Emailed farley a number of times with responses coming 24 later. Glad I dont run my business like this.

I made a purchase on May 19. I still do not have the order. No one informed me products were out of stock. Multiple follow-ups. Do not feel I was given honest answers or my concerns taken seriously. I will not be placing any further orders in the future. Very disappointed.

Took 10 days to arrive, and the order was the wrong colour, contacted you and you still done nothing about it, or made contact, very average company, and not very professional

Still waiting to hear from Farley after receiving Shorts that were not as described. The Shorts sent were 100% Nylon not Cotton. Farley promised to rebate £50 if I changed my review to 5 stars. I changed my review under sufferance but no rebate received. I therefore reinstate my original review of shocking service.

Appalling. Ordered the product with 3-5 working days as the estimated delivery. They took my money then emailed me a generic email saying it wouldn't be dispatched for at least 14 days (10 working). I emailed them to say that's unacceptable, received no response. Product arrived 20 days after ordering. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered some Meyer trousers from Farley and some meyer shorts direct from Meyer for my holiday. Meyer direct items delivered within a week - Farley took 3 weeks (missed holiday)

I was so excited about my order from you, but I have been so disappointed from start to finish and £200 out of pocket for a coat I never received. Order came, took over a week, I ordered a fleece and a fillet arrived, no shoes as they were on back order, no coat but they are adamant is was sent, no delivery note or how I can return, 2 phone calls and several emails I have been refunded for the gillet and shoes, but I am without a barbour coat that I ordered for my daughters birthday, and no £200 refund. Absolutely gutted, will never order again

Shocking service if I could give one star I would. Would never recommend this company. Brought yeti cooler took 9 days to arrive when website said next day delivery Sent completely the wrong item chased and returned order after numerous ignored emails. Ordered to use for event 20 days after purchasing so plenty of time to receive and do not have the item for event. After chasing again, refund issued. Fully understand mistakes happen and I allowed time to be rectified but the complete lack of communication when they have nearly £400 of my money is not acceptable.

I asked to cancel the order. Was told that it had been, yet the order was sent. The boots I'd ordered were disappointing with one smaller than the other. I had to pay for my return, which is poor considering most other retailers offer free returns. Disappointed.

I have ordered numerous times from this company and every time I have had to chase delivery, which in every case has been late (over 7 working days)! Interesting to see other reviews saying the opposite. I have to say that I won’t be ordering from A Farly again!

I placed an order on 12 April and delivery expected within 2-5 days. No updates on my account. I haven't been able to contact anyone on the telephone and no email address is provided on the website.

Ordered a Franco Ponti jumper with 40% off (last one). When I got it I could see that it was well worn with many bobbles on it particularly around the elbows and front of the jumper. Won't be ordering from this lot again....disgusting.

I would never use this company again. I was let down with the delivery of an expensive pair of Barker shoes which I had ordered for my husband to wear at our son's wedding. Despite phoning 5/6 times and being given several assurances that my order had been sent, was on its way and would 100% be with me on time it didn't arrive. The wedding has been and gone and still no shoes!

The shoes that purchase does not match the picture in a website, in photo it is thin sole, but what received is thick sole. As the shipping was to forward postal mail, the company does not sort out the its mistake of sending shoes doesn't match the photo. Bear for the suprise
