AVOID if you want your goods to TURN UP IN TIME, ordered on 1st didn’t get boots TILL 19th no email to say what was happening, so rang to be told they did when they clearly didn’t, VERY POOR customer services and company, will never use again, Far better service from other companies and alot quicker P&P unlike A Farley. Wish I read reviews first before ordering

I ordered various Dubarry leather polish/ leather protecter items. The colour restorer arrived and gave clearly been opened and used. A replacement was arranged that arrived today and is the wrong colour! Not sure what’s happening at your end ……..

Awful. I have never received the shoes. I purchased the shoes based on the arrival estimate. Should have arrived last Wednesday (6 days ago). I informed it was for a wedding and time was of the essence. Never received any feedback or answer. Unreliable in my experience and non communicative.

Ordered two t shirts a pair of boots and socks 27th of August, after two weeks I had heard and received nothing, got in touch and was told that an item in my order was out of stock so they would send the rest of my order which they did, but they promised the out of stock item by 17/9/25 and still nothing. First time ordering with this company and unfortunately it is my last - not even an offer of a discount/partial refund for the inconvenience and still no date on when my item will arrive, very poor service.

Very poor. Still waiting 1 week later fire an item ordered for next day delivery. Your support desk is not manned at weekends or until 1030 weekdays. Only 1 person on the desk. I was promised a call back this afternoon following investigation; that has not happened.

Don't be tempted, shop elsewhere. AF are a marketing company, and know nothing of retail customer service. They did not despatch, or deliver my order. No direct contact regarding delay. They don't pick up their phone or reply emails. Had to open a dispute with my card company to get a refund. Order 191961

Poor company to deal with, ordered some boots on the 28th with a 2-5 day delivery. Contacted this company several times to chase up the order, to be told I haven’t recieved them yet is because they are a small company, second time I was promised delivery within 24hr’s still nothing called again Friday, to be told they will contact the warehouse and call me back. It’s now Monday and still nothing called again boots or call back. This company is absolutely shocking to deal with. waiting for a refund as this has been going on for 10 days now

Misleading advertising! The website promised Next Day Delivery if ordered before 3PM – that’s why I placed my order. After payment, I was told delivery would take up to a week. Totally unacceptable. I had to cancel. Don’t trust the delivery promises on their site.

Ordered a week ago, was expecting items by today with their 3-7 day delivery, but the order has not even been dispatched. Only email received to confirm order, no communication about a delay. Really disappointed as needed items for in 2 days time. Live chat useless and phone lines aren't open on a Saturday for me to speak to anyone for an update

I was not made aware of the extortionate VAT cost implications. The trousers ordered finally cost me €137 each. Never again. The next time I order a German product (brand) I will go direct to the manufacturer

What a shambles! A month after being told that there would be a week's delay in receiving the trousers I had ordered by telephone, and immediately paid for, I received an email to say they were no longer available. I phoned to enquire what other colours were available as they were still being advertised for 3 days delivery, I was promised a ring back. It never came. I phoned again, and for the second time never received a promised ring-back. I later learned that none of the other four colours still being being promoted in my size on the company's website were available either. At that point, and three weeks on, I wrote to the company requesting the return of my cash - only to receive a reply asking if I would like to have the cash back or purchase something else. I replied three working days ago to ask again for the return of the cash. So far I have had neither payment nor acknowledgement of my request. The company really needs to get its act together, in terms of marketing, departmental communication, telephone sales training, stock control, web-site updating and customer liason - to name but a few. I would never attempt to buy from them again

We’re very sorry for your experience. At the time of your order, the trousers were in stock in our shop, but the last pair sold before we could pick them. We expected a restock within the timeframe, but the item was missing from the delivery, and when we checked again it was no longer available. On 22nd July we left a voicemail and sent an email to advise, but unfortunately had no alternatives to offer. Delivery timelines are a fantasy. Information provided consistently incorrect/lies. Despite ordering with plenty of time to spare, the item did not arrive in time for a trip. Customer service team lied about delivery times. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend.

The product is ok depending of the brand but the delivery service below any standard on their site the product is on stock but after 10 days of waiting for delivery they email you and say we build up the stock now sorry for this we speak about £ 200 is a big scam this company, my opinion never again guys also I ordered 9.5 Ariat safety Chelsea boots and I got 9 so disappointed 100% is not about money is about your customer service RUBBISH!!!

Ordered a golf bag on the 28th June, 2 to 5 day delivery. After fake DPD attempts over 7 days (they come to me at least twice a day) I cancelled the order. Emailed farley a number of times with responses coming 24 later. Glad I dont run my business like this.

I made a purchase on May 19. I still do not have the order. No one informed me products were out of stock. Multiple follow-ups. Do not feel I was given honest answers or my concerns taken seriously. I will not be placing any further orders in the future. Very disappointed.

Took 10 days to arrive, and the order was the wrong colour, contacted you and you still done nothing about it, or made contact, very average company, and not very professional
