Item wasn’t delivered in the time frame stated. Communication was almost non existent. The box arrived with no documents for instructions to return items. Returns are extortionate wished I read that part as I would have ordered somewhere else. Needless to say I won’t be ordering anything else!!

Yes I did purchase an item and the delivery company sent me a picture of its delivery in front of a brown door. My door is white, contacted the delivery people and Farley yet to have feedback from either even a holding note

Took to long for delivery items says in stock and then days later you get emails to say out of stock left waiting for items also no free returns or easy returns procedure very difficult and frustrating sending items back and pay for returns postage timetaken to process returns not very good customer service upon calling again not good still left waiting for a full refund to be processed currently on the 3rd week would not recommend will not be ordering again very disappointed with the service overall

The trousers I purchased were delivered without packaging in a DPD plastic bag. No bag and no documents. They were supposed to have a returns form (I need to return them for a different size) but did not. They won’t exchange them either. Shocking.

The reason we do not offer an exchange service is because we feel this procedure is longer winded for the customer. I’m not happy at all I placed my order over 10 days ago and it still has not been delivered and it was a present that was needed yesterday . It’s not good enough when including the customs charge I have paid over €700 for the boots .

Ordered three trousers to be delivered to Portugal. I never got an order confirmation from Farley. Had to chase delivery 10 days after I ordered it. Then the saga began as the goods were detained at Lisbon FedEx depot. It took nearly 50 emails to get the goods released. FedEx informed me that Farley hadn't sent the correct export invoice. I finally requested this from Farley and the goods were released. At no point did Farley want to resolve the situation on my behalf. And to cap it all, my order which cost £399 was then charged a further €239 by FedEx to release the goods. Thoroughly disappointing and expensive experience.

Hi On ordering by phone I was offered a choice of 34/33 leg or 34/31 leg. I chose the 33 leg and found them to be too long.When I enquired about an exchange I was told to return them and reorder a 31” leg but I would have to pay full price.Also the offer price I paid was discounted from £400 to £250.However the tag attached to the garment had a price of £367.00?? the mind boggles ?? I’ve now returned them and I’m waiting for the refund. Should you wish to supply a pair (34/31 leg) at the offer price(£250) I would gladly accept. Thanks Ian

My recent customer experience with A Farley Country Attire was nothing short of awful. Initially, I purchased a pair of Ariat boots for my daughter for Christmas. I chose to use A Farley as they guaranteed Next Day delivery. However, the "next day" turned into 4 days. When they arrived, they were faulty and so rather than try to process a refund so close to Christmas I simply ordered another pair hoping that the Next Day delivery would, in fact, be next day. My order was processed. 7 hours later, at the end of the working day, I received a phone call to say that they didn't actually have the boots in stock. The timing of this phone call gave me no opportunity to find an alternative supplier for these boots or anything similar and so as a direct result of this company's inefficiency/dishonesty, my daughter didn't receive her main Christmas present. Other than processing my initial refund using their lame apology of a "free return", I will never deal with this awful company ever again. Had the initial Next Day delivery happened on time maybe this could have all been avoided, and my daughter could have received her Christmas present. Shame on you and your "exemplary levels of customer service".

Ordered boots more than two weeks ago. Sent numerous emails to enquire as to their whereabouts, to date I have had no response. Boots have still not arrived. Very disappointed.

Haven't received Jacket yet . Had every excuse under the sun off DPD couriers. Can't find the property you weren't in . I live in a village with 30 property's and they cant find the property . An absolute joke . They say they have been in the village when they haven't. Got CCTV images to prove it Not Happy .

To be honest, I am not very satisfied. I placed an order the 4th December, it was a Christmas gift, but I have not received the parcel yet. I have send you a request mail several times, but did not receive any answer.
