Shocking conduct and completely spoilt the whole shopping experience! I ordered a pair of nice Barker shoes and was told they would be delivered within 5 days, I waited then after reading some shocking reviews l got in touch with Farley country Attire about a delivery date, I was fobbed off on 3 occasions. It's taken me to escalate the order with PayPal for them to finally dispatch the shoes! Not a good way to run a business especially nowadays when buyers can review their experiences for the world to see. Sort yourselves out or pack it in.

Absolutely shocking customer service i will never buy anything from you again, I ordered a pair of deerhunter trousers off your website, was informed that they were out of stock chose another colour a week later trousers arrived, wrong colour photo of product code sent to yourselves still waiting for my pair of Fallen Leaf deerhunter trousers absolutely shocking

False Stock Advertised - Be Cautious Items out of stock - please check with this company that they actually have stock before buying. I purchased two items worth over £200, and was told a full week later that unfortunately the items were out of stock (even though in stock online). The same email said we would have stock in two weeks, however should be sooner. Fast forward to today, and I have been informed that the items are not in stock at all, and wont be being restocked at all and this is due to the manufacturer. The issue with this is the fact that I waited two weeks to get these items, which were never coming and now it is sold out world wide. This is an absolute disaster in customer service and a failing from top to bottom. Never at any point in the communication did they mention offering a refund, so I have requested this myself. All they could offer was a 15% discount code. If better and quicker communication was provided, I would have been able to secure the items from another manufacturer. A Farley should be careful when they advertise sought after items in stock when it is false.

Poor service, I called after making an order as there was no option for next day delivery, I asked the lady if I could pay more for next day delivery, she said she will see what see can do an basically put the phone down. Called again as I didn’t receive my order week and a half later to find out it wasn’t even in stock.

I ordered a pair of Meyer trousers, unfortunately in my rush to place the order before going on holiday I clicked on the wrong size. Thankfully I realised my error and emailed Farley's to see if the order could be changed. All sorted, they confirmed the required size would be shipped. When I returned from holiday I was disappointed to find they had shipped the wrong size, even thought he despatch note clearly indicates the size that it was changed to. Their refunds process requires one to pay £8.95 to get a returns label, as it was entirely their fault I phoned to request a free label - it took 20 minutes to get through, although I was supposedly first in the queue. Not a great experience at all, a doubt very much I will use this company again as this is the second issue with sizing in two two purchase - 100% failure rate.

Waited an eternity for my super simple order, after a period beyond the guaranteed delivery time the wrong size jeans turned up. Then had to fight to get them free returned. All i want now is a refund and i’ll buy them in town. Frankly I expected more for £240 jeans!

Order placed on 14th September and Arrived 9th of October.! 😡 The website gave no indication that it was not in stock. And had to come from Denmark 🇩🇰. They gave £28 as compensation. I needed this item for a work and had to pay out for replacement quickly. Until item arrived. The Ap I down loaded to trace order was more than useless.! The company’s Chat is AI generated and bloody useless.!

Do not use this company. Take your order only to call you a week later to confirm the items are out of stock. Would you like to wait six to eight weeks or have a refund. Customer service spoke as if it was a regular event.Shocking service stay clear is my advise.

AVOID if you want your goods to TURN UP IN TIME, ordered on 1st didn’t get boots TILL 19th no email to say what was happening, so rang to be told they did when they clearly didn’t, VERY POOR customer services and company, will never use again, Far better service from other companies and alot quicker P&P unlike A Farley. Wish I read reviews first before ordering

I ordered various Dubarry leather polish/ leather protecter items. The colour restorer arrived and gave clearly been opened and used. A replacement was arranged that arrived today and is the wrong colour! Not sure what’s happening at your end ……..

Awful. I have never received the shoes. I purchased the shoes based on the arrival estimate. Should have arrived last Wednesday (6 days ago). I informed it was for a wedding and time was of the essence. Never received any feedback or answer. Unreliable in my experience and non communicative.

Ordered two t shirts a pair of boots and socks 27th of August, after two weeks I had heard and received nothing, got in touch and was told that an item in my order was out of stock so they would send the rest of my order which they did, but they promised the out of stock item by 17/9/25 and still nothing. First time ordering with this company and unfortunately it is my last - not even an offer of a discount/partial refund for the inconvenience and still no date on when my item will arrive, very poor service.

Very poor. Still waiting 1 week later fire an item ordered for next day delivery. Your support desk is not manned at weekends or until 1030 weekdays. Only 1 person on the desk. I was promised a call back this afternoon following investigation; that has not happened.
