Fantastic service, products, and customer service. I ordered R.M. Williams boots on two separate occasions and each transaction was processed speedily. The shipments arrived well-packaged, protected, and intact. The ease with which the transaction and communication about the transactions occurred was as if the company was right down the street from me. I live in the U.S. A Farley Country Attire is a great company and I will certainly do business with them again.

The walking boots arrived later than expected but that was acceptable. However I needed to return them, and your instructions suggested I buy a DPD return label. No where could I find out if this gave insurance cover for the full value. I tried 5 times to call but could not get a reply. I bought a DPD label with insurance cover!!

Every aspect of your service has been fine. However I had to return the trousers as, although they were marked 44" they were too tight to wear. As I commented on the "Returns form" I have many others of your trousers at size 44" and they are all fine, so this pair not fitting was a surprise! I await your comments.

A good price but a total lack of customer service. Delivery was supposed to be within 10 days but after the order acknowledgement and the cost being deducted from my card nothing arrived. My e-mails went unanswered and the phone was on out of office during their office hours. Had to involve Mastercard before I received any response. They did then send my jacket by express delivery.

Don't know haven't received my goods yet so how can I answer the questions below I can't upload any pictures because I have nothing to photograph I don't know the courier because I have been given no information who would/should be delivering the goods No emails have been received regarding the order that I paid for and nothing has been sent out I cannot tell you how many days the delivery took because Nothing has been received

We have had a look into your order and can see when you placed your order, you contacted us to let us know you had ordered the wrong size. We therefore recalled the delivery as requested. The alternative size that you required was not available on the next day delivery service as advised and would be with you within 5 - 7 working days. We use DPD which is advised on our website and you will receive a text message notification on the morning of delivery. When A Farley have a sale, it really is a genuine reduction. I’ve shopped here many times over the years and have picked up some great bargains. They only stock premium products and if you buy online and need to return the item, it’s a very easy process .

I am delighted with my Bruhl chinos I purchased on the 6th April but very disappointed with your carriers dpd.I received a message from them early on Good Friday that they had my package which was going to their Leeds depot and no further info was sent by them until Tuesday 11 April at 07.11 that they would deliver mid- morning---we were not at home and subsequently had to collect the package from a store in the shopping centre about two miles from our village.

I have bought a pair of Barker Wade mens' shoes size 10.5 every spring for around 10 years. The leather is getting stiffer and I suppose my feet are getting softer! They always used to be a pleasure to wear, but now they appear to need breaking in! Let's hope for the best next year.

Goods received but sizing is way out compared to similar pair of trousers from another brand. Looks like I have to stump up the postage and pay for the privilege of using this service. I won't be back after this experience - why on earth would I when I am charged for a return? There is too much variability in sizing to risk online with this store.

Very pleased with the purchase of the Harkila Metso shirt. So much so that I have placed an order for another shirt, of which I await delivery. Farley now are in my list of 'favourites'.

not very happy as i have wide calves and it is hard to find Wellington boots that fit my wide calves so they dont fit so i am trying to sell them on to someone else to try get my money back.
