“Le Chameau wellies - first pair lasted 15 years so when they eventually started to perish there was no choice but to buy another pair. Farley offered best value and delivered when asked and communicated well to let me know what was happening at this busy time of the year.”

“Perfect product, ordering process and delivery time. Only quibble would be Royal Mail delivery, crushing the box under heavy parcels, so it was battered & ripped open. No harm done to boots fortunately. Not a Fairly issue, but perhaps not an ideal carrier for expensive items?”

“I'd never buy anything again from this company i asked for two belts size 34, nevermind the time it took for them to arrive, they apologised saying we'll give you £20.00, that never happened (LIVVY SAID)then they sent what they say are 34 inch waste, I've been 34 for 20 years and theses sizes are more like a 31 - 30 ridiculous the ends off the belts don't even touch when I tried them on and on top off that they don't send a returns form with the parcel so then you have too Google the site to fined there phone number, SUCH A PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT MY BACKSIDE COWBOYS.”

“Nice website with a new order discount, but shockingly slow with delivery. I understand this is common at this time of year unfortunately, but I had to chase this - order arrived 11 days after ordering. (Said 2-5 days) As this was a birthday gift I found this a great shame.”

“Meyer trousers purchased, a brand I have come to associate with quality, That hasn't changed however the thin / poor packaging used meant that the item arrived heavy creased and will take time to sort out. The item seemed to take ages to arrive, not the 4 - 7 days as shown on the website, or confirmed order, nor did it arrive on time with the Post Office, though I suspect the Christmas rush didn't help. I did call the customer services after the 10:30am opening time, the email boused back, not recognised. Once I was able to talk to someone in person they were very polite and helpful. I will look to purchase a second item in the new year, hopefully things will go better.”
