“Top quality gear, no complaints at all. The items are of such excellent quality that I don’t intend to shop anywhere else! My only complaint is that delivery time can be quite long in comparison to other outfitters but that aside, really nice stuff”

“A Farley has a great selection and fair prices. However.........this is the 2nd time I have ordered something with 2-5 day delivery and then after hearing nothing for 10 days chased them only to be told they don't have it in stock and it will be another 2-5 days until they have it. But don't worry they will prioritise it when it arrives....... In the interset of fairness I have also had 4/5 orders which shipped exactly as promised and the goods were exactly as described.”

“Purchased 2 expensive jackets 12 days ago. Still have not received them due to Royal Mail failing to deliver. I am now being told to collect from depot but you don't seem to know where that depot is or the parcel location. Disappointing. Maybe change your courier.”

“On contacting the company I was assured my order was despatched and given date of delivery There was no delivery and I then find out that order had not been fulfilled as the item wasn’t even in stock Not the best customer service ! HOWEVER .. a very good customer representative dealt with this and I received the other within 24hrs THANK YOU”

“I cant fault the store just the stock ordered crispi boots was told numerous times waiting for delivery they bent over backwards to help giving me a bag and cream and wavering the outstanding balance on a pair of meindl instead..they arrived within 12 hrs of me swapping over. Not the boots I wanted but more than happy with them... 👌🏻”
