“While happywith my purchase (Meyer shorts) I was quite surprised that from the order date it took 10 days to be delivered. While I accept that you stated 5/7 working days delivery I would hope that going forward you can find faster delivery options as in line with most other online companies.. My comments are meant to be helpful for future, not as a complaint. Many Thanks”

“Top quality gear, no complaints at all. The items are of such excellent quality that I don’t intend to shop anywhere else! My only complaint is that delivery time can be quite long in comparison to other outfitters but that aside, really nice stuff”

“A Farley has a great selection and fair prices. However.........this is the 2nd time I have ordered something with 2-5 day delivery and then after hearing nothing for 10 days chased them only to be told they don't have it in stock and it will be another 2-5 days until they have it. But don't worry they will prioritise it when it arrives....... In the interset of fairness I have also had 4/5 orders which shipped exactly as promised and the goods were exactly as described.”

“Purchased 2 expensive jackets 12 days ago. Still have not received them due to Royal Mail failing to deliver. I am now being told to collect from depot but you don't seem to know where that depot is or the parcel location. Disappointing. Maybe change your courier.”
