“The boots purchased were exactly as anticipated and the recovery of the initial situation was very efficient, beating your own estimate of the delivery date. I have scored 4 and not 5 becuase you took my order without having the stock to cover it (a website inadequacy) and whilst you claim that you emailed me to inform me of the delay, I have no record of that email. I would certainly buy from you again.”

“This is the second time I’ve purchased from A Farley, the first order I placed last year the time it took to deliver or even get dispatched was totally unacceptable. I ended cancelling that order as it missed my shooting trip dates. Thought I would try again, second chance!! Then exact same thing happened on this occasion, again purchased base layers and socks which turned up after my shooting trip. On this occasion I kept the order. I complained on both occasions with telephone calls. I would never order from A Farley again, as your competitors offer a far better service in a much more efficient time scale.”

“I’ve used Farleys several times now and even when I’ve ordered the wrong size or something was out of stock they’ve kept me informed, communicated with me continuously until the product was re-shipped. Well done people keep up the good work 👏”

“Communication from order to delivery was excellent but unfortunately as I live in Ireland I was charged €40 customs from UK (Brexit!!) so it soured the purchase for me and it became very expensive. Maybe add something on the website to highlight this?”

“Purchased top of the range le chameau wellies for my girlfriends 30th birthday and it turned up and the box was really damaged and the inside paper was torn. For £250 wellies I would expect better even with the small touches”

“Although the product takes over a week to arrive to me in the west sussex region, I have previously purchased this product before and have been amazed by the quality of the product about how well it is made. I even thought about these boots myself but I don't think they make them in a size 5 for women. I would by these boots over and again. I need to look at your other items for sale for ideas for birthdays and Xmas.”
