“I got the Yeti cool box that I wanted at a great price. Cheaper than any other online store. The website was easy to use, it was possible to view a range of products and use the information provided to make the best choice for me. There is an online chat facility that also provides surprisingly good support. It was possible to track the progress of my order through follow up email and web link. There was a delay in receiving my order due to unprecedented demand. But this was communicated to me and my delivery option was upgraded as a result. I would say this is a very good company focused on providing great customer experience.”

“Had a great experience with A Farley Country Attire. There was a backorder of stock and they kept me up to date during the whole process. Order came direct from the supplier and had some issues, which Livvy sorted immediately. If this shop has the item I need then I will always buy it from here from now on.”

“I was blown away with the packaging of the boots that I ordered. The attention to detail was top notch along with the inside packaging as well. The product itself the ARIAT Darlin Western Boots Burnt Sugar fit like a glove and are so comfortable, the craftmanship is fantastic. Thank you so much.”

“Very poor service. While they use a fancy AI BOT to communicate with you, there’s no substance to this. My sailing boots were shown as “in stock” but 15 days later I do not have these and I will not have them for my holiday. Very poor service. I am now concerned that they will arrive at all.”
