“The products I bought were fine but I had to return one due to size. The returns process is very poor and takes for ever. It's also expensive - £8.95. I won't be making any more purchases from A. Farley.”

“I have ordered numerous times from this company and every time I have had to chase delivery, which in every case has been late (over 7 working days)! Interesting to see other reviews saying the opposite. I have to say that I won’t be ordering from A Farly again!”

“Absolutely terrible experience...never again. Ordered on 11th April...Only delivered (22nd) today after multiple calls and emails..I rang the number on the site and few days after and the young lady said it hasn't gone out yet, I'll put it on the priority list...two days later, still no notification or update. I emailed them three times in one morning and got a reply of "I'll check the warehouse". I then messaged and said if i hasn't been sent out just cancel it...and I got a magical dispatch notification within ten minutes, but DPD have no record of it...🧐 I rang again on friday 19th...at 3.30 but they couldn't answer because the lines close at 4.00pm There are too many good companies like Bush Wear, John Norris and Swillingtons, and the rest to be putting up with nonsense. Luckily I suspected the package wasn't going to arrive on time so I rang another company on the Thursday and they delivered the same items next day and just in time when I needed them.”

“The web site said if you order 2 or more items you get 10% discount - when I ordered it said not applicable to the items on order (2 belts). Then it said 10% discount on your first order, and gave a promotion code, when this was entered it said not applicable to the items on order!”

“Overall disappointed with the shopping experience with A Farley. I placed an order for my wife’s present on the 7/4/25, in plenty of time for her birthday. I then didn’t hear anything or have an order update after the initial confirmation email. I contacted A Farley on the 14/4/25, and was assured that despite a delay from the supplier (Yeti) that my order would be with me the next day. This was not the case and the order didn’t arrive until the 17/4/25, after my wife’s birthday. There was no communication to update me on the further delay. This is the first and regrettably the last time I will buy from A Farley.”

“I have found all items U have bought to be of good quality and a good fit. One of the Barbour polo shirts I bought shrank a little in a it’s first (warm) wash so I won’t wear it as much as I would want to. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the detail I need. The area where improvement can be made most in my view is delivery. From order receipt to receipt of delivery can take 2-3 weeks, which these days is uncompetitively slow. Apart from these two issues I’ve been very happy with all several items I have ordered from A Farley.”
