“Your Ref: return request R2026062616335745181 for #235695 a)I placed my order and paymentwas made 20th June. b) I received the order 25th June. c) I returned the order for a refund 26th June. d) You received the returned order 1st July. e) Its now 18th July I am still waiting for the refund to be placed into my account. Would you please refund my account to avoid any further action with Trading Standards, Ombudsman & the Bank.”

“I placed my order on Monday 6th, expecting delivery within the advertised 2–5 working days. However, I didn't even receive a dispatch notification until 14th July—6 working days later. I also emailed customer support yesterday to ask about the delay. Although the automated response said I would receive a reply within an hour, I still haven't heard back. Delays can happen, but poor communication is frustrating. I ordered in time for an event, so this was disappointing. I hope you take this feedback on board and improve both your delivery times and customer service. I hope I am one of the only ones who received this service as it is most frustrating when nothing pans out the way you state it does. Please take this onboard and be better towards your customers.”

“The shoes are lovely but too small. Size 8 is usually 43 but these are 42. The parcel has no instructions on how to return it. So I have not yet sent them back as not sure what to do Looked on website and found instructions, so will use royal mail.”

“The chino trousers were delivered in good time. They are a good fit and, although the current hot weather means that I haven't worn them properly yet I do feel confident that they will prove to be a good purchase. I have bought Meyer trousers previously and A Farley seemed to have the best range of this make that I have ever seen”

“These Harkila hunting trousers are excellent. Quiet, water resistant and a comfortable fit. I have worn these on many all day adventures in inclement weather and they have worked really well. Definitely recommended.”

“I placed an order for four pairs of shoes but received no email confirmation or information that it had been dispatched. After a few days I contacted customer service (by email as they don’t accept telephone calls) and received quite a rude reply. I asked to cancel the order which was ignored, half of it was then dispatched although there is no information about the rest. The two pairs of shoes are clearly not new and one contains the return paperwork and name and address details of another customer who returned them in May! The paperwork also shows that they were clearly sold for a much lower price than I paid. I have emailed customer service but have not received a reply.”
