“Always found Farleys quick to resolve questions ( more recently Livvy) and would not hesitate to continue dealing with them going forward. Their delivery sometimes isn't the fastest but that said they source items that are now more difficult to find.”

“Purchased a belt . However when it arrived it was different to the picture on the website . The website showed a belt with stitching, the belt turned up and no stitching . I am still awaiting a reply to my email”

“Ordered a pair of Barker shoes (internet shopping) 12/10/25 size 6.5. Received a phone call from customer service the following day to advise that they were not in stock so l said l would wait for the back order.l emailed customer service a few weeks later to check the progress ,Jodie kindly sorted the despatch of the shoes for me and they arrived a few days later. I was delighted with the shoes so l have ordered another pair. customer service was in this case very good.”

“Parcel was delivered to a different address. Photo on delivery tracking showed someone else’s gate and bin. I’m £380 out of pocket and no items to show for it. They won’t refund me or re send items as they have to start a claim with Royal Mail 10 days after delivery. This is between them and Royal Mail, nothing to do with me and I want my money back!”

“Paid for express delivery for £4.95 which didn’t happen A frustrating as paid the extra to secure boots for a trip. Ordered Thurs - hoping for Tuesday - Delivered Thursday so over the 2-5 day lead time Disappointing Wife ordered the same boots via Amazon received next day - should have done the same No response from A Farley”
