“Good quality shoes which I bought. Cannot fault those. But I ordered on 4/11/25 and they were not delivered until 17/11/25. Turns out they were not in stock when I ordered and I only found this out after I had to contact them to find out what was happening with my delivery. These were bought for a function I was attending on the 15th but did not arrive in time. I had to run about last minute buy another pair of shoes to be able to attend my function. So if you’re ordering anything I would contact to make sure whatever it is, is actually in stock. Only giving 2 stars due to being let down”

“i recently returned a lovely pair of HARKILA reidmar mid 2.0 gtx boots, unfortunately some stitching had come undone, the boots were about 18 months old, i contacted A FARLEY & was asked to send them back to be looked at, within 2 weeks i have received a NEW pair of boots, i really can't THANK A FARLEY & HARKILA enough for dealing with this so FAULTLESSLEY, i have been HUNTING, SHOOTING & FISHING all my life & have owned many pairs of boots over the years but i have to say these boots are the most COMFORTABLE boots i have ever owned, very lightweight, waterproof & with the stainless steel ratchet lace system so easy to put on, i will be buying more QUALITY items from A FARLEY in the future both online & at the game fair where you can see the quality of their clothing & footwear, many THANKS.”

“Many thanks again to Livvy for great customer service. Had problems with the despatch of my goods which had not arrived. Livvy investigated and found at that Royal Mail had lost the parcel. She arranged an immediate replacement of the goods which arrived the next day. Thank you again Livvy for your perseverance, friendly approach and most of all your patience.”
