Delivery missed christmas which was disapointing, only had 1 delivery option, i call to ask if i could pay extra for a next day delievry but told wasn't possible

Disappointed- late delivery and scratched. The last package from an order on the 10th Dec arrived on 29th Dec after Christmas so too late for a present. In addition whilst it doesn’t appear damaged- there are small scratches on the Yeti rambler which I’m surprised at given the expense and as it was very well wrapped for transit suggests it was packaged with scratches.

Poor order process/delivery. Ordered on 19 Dec. Paid extra for DPD Express delivery and appreciate xmas delivery was not guaranteed. On 29 Dec, 10 days later, I emailed for them to look into this order. They then sent the shoes Royal Mail 24 hours which arrived on the 30 Dec. This confirms that the order was not dealt with for 10 days and probably would not have been if I had not chased for it.

As many have said before, the customer service is diabolical. On 20 November I ordered two shirts. As nothing had arrived by 4 December, I (remarkably) managed to speak to someone who said one was in and available for dispatch which she sent out that day. It arrived strewed up in a mailing bag and without any labels or tags, almost like the proceeds of a shop lifter! Without my prompt I am sure it would not have been dispatched. The outstanding shirt is still showing on my order as "ordered": this clearly show they are selling things they don't have. Their phone is not answered and emails are ignored, so there is no reasonable way of using customer services. I have registered a dispute with my credit card provider and requested a charge-back. Might I suggest that others in a similar position do likewise and it might liven up this Company to the fact that customers matter.

Waited a long time for this item even after paying extra for quicker delivery. Item itself (shooting coat) was amazing but was 2 sizes too big even though I’d ordered correct size. I’ve returned item and hoping when I order the smaller size that it fits better

Great product reasonable price. Only down side I waited over 2 weeks for my item to be delivered, appreciate it was the run up to Christmas. when I ordered it stated 5/6 days delivery this was on the 16/12 and received 31/12.

Communication was very poor. Order placed on 11/12. 18/12 we were informed an item could no longer be supplied. No dispatch date given for remaining items. Took 45 minutes to get through on the phone. Item eventually arrived on Christmas Eve.

Website order advised 7 to 9 days for delivery. I waited 2 weeks. The item doesn't fit and now in have to pay to return it. Very poor service
