“Happy with my order. Did take a little longer to be delivered but I think they were just waiting on a delivery of stock. Communication was very good when I chased the order up. Overall a good experience.”

“I gave a glowing review a few days ago, but it seems I was too hasty in doing so before my order arrived. A few days after placing my order, I was informed that one of the items is no longer available — yet it’s still shown as “in stock” on the company’s website. The same issue happened to me last year, so it appears they continue to advertise items they don’t actually have. I had not been issued the refund when they said they were going to do so. I then tried to call which resulted in over a 20 minute wait on hold to speak to someone. This has been very frustrating, as I now have to wait for a refund and find the product elsewhere. I’m also still waiting for the remaining item to be delivered and have received no confirmation of when that will be. I wanted to update my review to make others aware of my experience.”

“Although ordering on the website was very straightforward, I was somewhat disappointed with the lengthy delivery time for the product that I ordered. The terms did state 4-7 days delivery, however this is pretty standard on all retail websites, and despatch and delivery are generally much quicker than stated. When I chased the order I was advised that the product had been out of stock, so was a restock order. Unfortunately I wasn't advised of this and at the same time I was told that processing was slower as this was a family business. Not sure that's a great explanation for the length of time taken - surely being a family business things can be done much quicker than in larger, less wieldy organisations?”
