“Waited a long time for this item even after paying extra for quicker delivery. Item itself (shooting coat) was amazing but was 2 sizes too big even though I’d ordered correct size. I’ve returned item and hoping when I order the smaller size that it fits better”

“Great product reasonable price. Only down side I waited over 2 weeks for my item to be delivered, appreciate it was the run up to Christmas. when I ordered it stated 5/6 days delivery this was on the 16/12 and received 31/12.”

“Communication was very poor. Order placed on 11/12. 18/12 we were informed an item could no longer be supplied. No dispatch date given for remaining items. Took 45 minutes to get through on the phone. Item eventually arrived on Christmas Eve.”

“The service you receive is first class, very professional and exceptionally friendly, and the product range is vast and very comepetitvely priced. Even at Christmas delivery was spot on, who needs more than that, a countrymans wardrobe on line, easily to hand and delivered speedily, never get cold or wet, thank you!!”

“A well known product at a very competitive price. Very prompt service. I had omitted to include my house address in my initial purchase order and realised my mistake and emailed Farley straight away to receive very promptly a very polite and helpful response from a young lady that my order had been corrected and overall a sense of a very willing and helpful service which is rare to encounter these days and which encourages one to use again. I would have no hesitation in recommending.”
