No issues at all. Ordered a Yeti 35l back pack and arrived in 6 working days. 10% discount was appreciated too! One star lost as it did didn’t quite make the 5 working days delivery as stated.

Still waiting to hear from Farley after receiving Shorts that were not as described. The Shorts sent were 100% Nylon not Cotton.

I have been a customer of A Farley for several years now , they offer excellent quality products I tend to buy Meyer trousers and shorts from them because they are excellent quality. One of the very best things about buying from A Farley you can actually speak with a real person in the office if you have a question about any product or delivery , that is very rare today please keep this alive A Farley

Appalling. Ordered the product with 3-5 working days as the estimated delivery. They took my money then emailed me a generic email saying it wouldn't be dispatched for at least 14 days (10 working). I emailed them to say that's unacceptable, received no response. Product arrived 20 days after ordering. Would not recommend this company.

I recently purchased a pair of Barker Wesley from A Farley and was pleased with the excellent service recieved. I had been told these were discontiued by another retailer then noticed them on the Farley website when I was looking for an alternative pair. When they arrived I was surprised as they were lighter than my existing pair and the website picture, hardly chestnut. However I like the colour and they are a nice alternative to the ones I have already.

Unfortunately I was only purchasing this item as I had lost my previous pair. However, the customer service was absolutely spot on and the item was absolutely perfect. Delivery was quoted at 4-7 days but I received them within a few days Very happy with the service. Would use again in the future. Thank you very much! Jon

Placed an order for 3 items, money was taken the following day (fine, fully expected that) but after 11 days i still hadnt had an email telling me my order had been shipped. Had to ring them, they came back several hours later, that there had been an issue, and the order hadnt been processed, they would get it despatched the following day. i just wonder if i hadnt chased at what point would someone have realised? This isnt the only time i have had delivery issues with A.Farley, website is good, products good but delivery process seems to let them down.

Very poor customer service, when the item I ordered hadn’t been shipped in the prescribed time I emailed and asked for an update which consisted of the same information given when I placed the order. I sent a second email asking for an update and if they couldn’t fulfil my order to process a full refund. Two days later I received, what I assumed was an auto-generated response saying my order was being processed. Not really the customer service one expects in this day and age.
