Great product selection however please bear in mind if you are ordering and require the items within a certain time frame. In my experience, my items were 2 days late and when I chased the company I was informed that my delivery had been already been shipped, when it clearly hadn’t as clearly indicated by the emails that followed and the date on the shipping label . I always ensure to support smaller businesses but after the lack of integrity I feel reluctant to order from them again in the future.

Item very pleased with, but lack of communication, as never received an email saying out of stock, unless I called, several times, would not of known whether receiving or not. Once dispatched could not fault, 2 days from UK to France.

Farley country Atire were reasonably quick with sending the item I bought. unfortunately the item did not fit and they did not send the return form for ease of return. I also have to pay for the returns. So if your trying before buying think before you buy as returning seems a plava with a cost incurred.

We do charge for returns as we use DPD—one of the best couriers in the UK—who offer excellent tracking and the highest level of insurance for your items on their way back to us, giving you peace of mind. In regard to the returns form, it is available to download from our website via our returns portal. Good product. Customer service was good but very vague. Never got a proper answer. And delivery was absolutely shocking. 2 to 5 days delivery is hopeful at best. Took nearly 10 days for my goods to arrive

I purchased a polo shirt and had to pay £4:50 shipping. I don’t object to the cost of shipping but for so much and as it was with DPD I expect it next day not having wait 7 business days. I needed the shirt so phoned up and asked to pay more to expedite the delivered and was told this wasn’t a service offered once the order had been made but they would try and get it through as a priority (I’m sure someone tried but it never happened). Generally good service but deliveries need a little attention to bring them upto what other companies offer

Ordered some Ariat boots as a birthday present a week before I needed them . My order was confirmed and emailed to say delivery would be confirmed. A few days later had an email that the boots had sold out and I would have to wait for 2 weeks and as an apology I would have my delivery refunded. My delivery was free as boots were over £100. The communication from customer service was sporadic, and they offered me a complimentary gift . My boots arrived 2 weeks later without the complimentary gift , so another email sent . My gift was a water bottle!

My order arrived intact, correct and I'm very pleased with it. It's almost churlish to offer a criticism but I do have a couple. Farleys are slow to get orders out. It will take the five to seven days they say it will so be prepared to wonder if your order is coming. It is, but this is not Amazon. Secondly they do regularly make promotional offers which you think might apply to you but they rarely do. Overall this is trustworthy company that you can order from in confidence but don't think that your item might arrive in time for that event if you've left it to the last minute.

I feel it took a while for the delivery to come - 9 days seems quite a while Unfortunately had to return item as faulty - process straight forward and returns label provided, still awaiting outcome however before a replacement will be shipped

To be honest, although the jeans are fine and fit well, they’re not the distressed look as in photo - much darker. Took two weeks to arrive and little communication until day of arrival. I chased order up and was told delivery was two to five days but emails the day before arrival indicated they’d just been dispatched. I’m not sure what to make of this company and although uk address, I do wonder if goods are coming from elsewhere. Some of the wording in the email response I received felt a bit off. Just my honest opinion and maybe I’m just used to “instant dispatch “ emails. Quality seems ok and sizing about right.

The length of time needed by A Farley for preparing an order for shipping was excessive and in my case was nearly a week. In the days of Amazon and next day delivery this is not acceptable for on line shopping.

Ordered the product with 4-7 day delivery. After ten days enquired about despatch and was told still awaiting stock. Due to stock delivery would be 24 to 48 hours but product was despatched around that point. Lying does not appeal to everyone,I prefer the truth of sorry we forgot rather than be taken for an idiot.

ARIAT Wexford H2O Waterproof Chelsea Boots - Womens - Weathered Brown - great working boots but roomy for me. Length good and true to size but seem to be rather wide. Tops make my shins sore at the moment but hoping they'll wear in. Can't fault quality though.

Although I'm happy with my coat, I'm not happy with how long I had to wait for it! Was supposed to be 7-11 days, ending being 2 weeks, and when I spoke to customer service they couldn't provide tracking information. I won't be using this company again.

I recently made two purchases from A Farley online. The first was for an R M Williams shirt which was due next day delivery. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived with no explanation. I called to be told it had gone out of stock in the Warehouse, but would check stock in the shop. Weary of the delay, I elected to cancel and was rewarded with new loyalty points. More recently, I purchased Meyer New York Chinos in Burgundy, with help from customer services. The chinos were delivered this time promptly next day by DPD. As ever, I am pleased with my new Meyer chinos and next day delivery. Improvements to show online availability, and sizing available, would help choosing without the risk of disappointment. Finally, I had been tracking another pair of Meyer Navy blue Chicago chinos. They were available up till last Sunday, but on Monday this week, only my size went out of stock after further discounting in the sale. I now can't find equivalent Meyer Chicago chinos in my size on the web. Disappointed. Moral of the story is don't delay.
