Almost two weeks from ordering to receiving the boots. No tracking number supplied. Now, a week after returning them, I’m still waiting for my refund.

when we orederd the jeans which we have done so in the past which arrived in the next two days, but this time we had to wait two weeks to receive them which was a let down as nobody informed us of the delay.

The item took over a week to be posted out and there was issues with stock however the staff were brilliant and very quick/helpful to sort out the issues. Item did arrive packaged well

Received incorrect item, then tried to return which was really frustrating talking to chat bot. finally got in touch via email and got the help I needed from Freya. Review would have been 5 star without chat bot annoyance.

Ordering was easy, chasing delivery was difficult though and genuinely feel that if I hadn't chased, I wouldn't have received my order as promptly as I did.

The item I ordered was OK but certainly not suitable for all seasons (lightweight material) - no problem. What I did have a problem with was the number of messages explaining where the order was in in the delivery process - far too many messages and very annoying. Then you send me a ‘critique’ request - too much. On the basis of what I have experienced I would not order from you again. Delete my details from your marketing database. Thank you. Regards, John

Good website, easy to find what I wanted and reasonable prices. The transaction was let done by the time it took to despatch and deliver the clothes . I regret that because of this I probably will not buy from here again

The two sale items I purchased were good value and on this occasion despatched promptly without waiting weeks for delivery The Barker shoes were superb and well packaged. However the Fynch Hatton sweater was screwed up, very creased and no external packaging whatsoever within the very large cardboard box

A very comfortable boot. But if you are wearing them regularly, they are prone to leak. I returned 2 x pr under warranty, but stress I was using them daily.

Great range of products at realistic and competative prices. Unfortunately, overall rating is let down by poor communication, even via their inconclusive nor informative online "live chat" - resulting in having to pursue via email that appeared to provoke progress.

Frustratingly slow delivery - the 'live chat' constantly cited busy periods, and thanked me for my patience. My order seemed to just say 'not shipped yet' for a week. When I contacted customer service, I had an e.mail which said it was now ready for despatch - lo and behold it arrived the next day via 'tracked and signed for Royal Mail' - which I had no knowledge of. Pleased to finally receive my bag, but these are high end products and I do think you could do better....

Ordered boots, which incidentally, I’m thrilled with. However, since I’d had no tracking information or delivery information, I tried phoning, and found that the phonelines are not answered. Presumably because of the volume of queries? I was emailed and told that the boots were arriving a week later on the Friday. Come the Friday, the chat bot told me that they hadn’t been dispatched yet. So I sent a mildly shirty email and to my surprise, the boots were dispatched, although my email wasn’t actually answered. The boots arrived the next day on the Saturday. I assume that the difficulty is a large volume of orders. Not sure if I’d order again.

Boots are great, delivery very slow, communication bad until the boots were sent. Nearly put a paypal refund through, then boots were on the way. Delay would be fine if communication was better.

Quality product, the reason for the 3* review is the time it took to be delivered. I waited 17 days for the bag to arrive.

Unfortunately I haven’t received my order which is not the fault of A Farley Country Attire but the fault of Royal Mail who are refusing to deliver in poor weather. I did, however chose DPD as my courier when I checked out as I knew they were still delivering. I am quite disappointed.
