Item was perfect! But, the shipping was very slow, I tried to make contact and could not get through to given email to make contact which is disappointing.

Description of boots was misleading, a video showed a different fastening to what I actually received. Other than that postage was swift, returns expensive.

Although ordering on the website was very straightforward, I was somewhat disappointed with the lengthy delivery time for the product that I ordered. The terms did state 4-7 days delivery, however this is pretty standard on all retail websites, and despatch and delivery are generally much quicker than stated. When I chased the order I was advised that the product had been out of stock, so was a restock order. Unfortunately I wasn't advised of this and at the same time I was told that processing was slower as this was a family business. Not sure that's a great explanation for the length of time taken - surely being a family business things can be done much quicker than in larger, less wieldy organisations?

The only minor issue I ordered a pair of Harkila shorts socks and long socks turned up but the item was fine, delivery time on first item was good but had to wait for a while for the second item

I order a pair of Meyer chinos. It took 7 working days for the order to be fulfilled and then when I received them they were not as shown on the web site. I notified Farley and they sent me an apology and a free returns label and was told it could take up to 10 days for the refund to be made. I think the time it takes to fulfil the original order and the subsequent refund is excessive. It is also disappoiunting that the web site is not up to date with what is actually available.

I would prefer to write a review once order complete. A week taken before goods despatched only to discover, upon delivery, that wrong sized shoes were in correct sized box. Office were very quick to send QR code collection note but now waiting for correct sized shoes. I look forward to buying again and trust this was an isolated incidence. Thank you.

The shoes were exactly as expected but too large. You advertise free delivery and return but fail to say that if they are returned you have to pay for both delivery and return. A slight misleading methinks.

I wasn’t very happy with the way the item arrived it wasn’t in a separate bag very creased up and not folded when put in the packaging I even doubled checked it to see if it was a new item

Twelve months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but their service has 'slipped' and their Customer Service Department is a totally unreliable joke. When contacted, they will tell you what they think you want to hear, rather than the real situation with your order, or enquiry.

The wellies are ok but not the best. Feels like I can feel the ground when I’m walking. The tops strangely wrinkle around my legs. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Correct product arrived eventually a couple of weeks after buying and I had to pay a significant sum in customs to get them into Ireland, which hadn’t been clearly pointed out. Won’t be buying from them again. The post in Ireland was quick but they took a long time to process and dispatch the order.

Slow delivery on items unfortunately took the shine off what seemed like a good experience. Loyalty points are a great addition but left disappointed with the late delivery as I needed the item in the advertised timescale so had to source alternative product elsewhere.

I thought I had found a good retailer stocking some brands I like with my sizes available; and your people at the end of the phone were very courteous and took off the VAT as I don’t live on the mainland, however, your shipping times are hopeless - over 2 weeks! I made a second order 2 weeks ago thinking I’d receive my clothes in time for a holiday this week and I don’t believe they’ve even been shipped yet. I’ve now got to go to M&S to buy a load of T-shirts! This needs sorting

I ordered the ARIAT skyline mid H20 walking boots, the hogs of Fife fleece and the hogs walking socks the items them selves are absolutely fantastic especially the boots they are the most comfortable things I've probably ever worn, that's the good bit unfortunately the delivery time was 13 days from order to received which I was not impressed at even if you had an issue with items being delivered to yourself the least you can do is keep me informed personally I think 13 days is excessive
