Order delayed due to stock shortage. On receipt one shoe was found to be faulty, A Farley have agreed to replace the shoes, just annoying especially when bought as a present.

Too long dispatch time and wait for delivery. From purchase to delivery more than week to wait when advert says “next day dispatch”. No response to my emails has been received. Had to call to “customer service team” which wasn’t helpful. Finally received damaged boxes, with removed original labels. Looks like returned items have been sent to me.

We’re really sorry if you felt the delivery took too long. Not all items are eligible for next day dispatch, and at checkout you would have been advised a 2–5 working day delivery window — your order was delivered on the 4th working day. You emailed us on the 28th of July and Oliver from our customer service team responded with an update, so we’re sorry if this didn’t reach you. Ordering was easy. I found that I had no communication from farley - no conformation email, no order update. I only knew it was going through as money went from bank! However, when I rang farley the lady I spoke to was lovely and sent me an email etc straight away. Item when it arrived was great!!!

It took longer than expected to receive my order. The details said 4 to 7 days, fair enough. But when I enquired as to the status of my order I was politely told not to worry, it would be with me by the 7th day, which it duly was. My point is, if you have no intention of dispatching until 5 or 6 days after order don’t state 4 to 7 days. Be honest and say it’ll be 7 days then if it arrives earlier it’s a bonus!

the item hasn't turned up yet. i ordered on 23rd July and heard nothing from Farley so rang this afternoon 29th July. spoke to lovely helpful girl who tells me it is being processed in the warehouse and will be with me by Friday. within 5 minutes i have had a conformation email come through!! so fingers crossed!!

This product took too long to be delivered and when I chased up the order they told me it was out of stock delivery (so would be sent when it’s back in stock). I was not made aware of this eitehr when buying or after I bought the product. Very disappointed but customer service responded quickly to my email so that was a positive.

Unfortunately my experience was fairly terrible. I purchased a Yeti cooler for my father's 70th birthday using the "Shopc app that I was directed too. I bought it around 7 days prior to the date, I also got DPD Express 2 -5 day delivery included. After a couple of days of checking the app and seeing no progress I contacted Farley for an update as the date of a birthday cannot be changed. I was told that it was still on purse for the original delivery day. However the original delivery date came and went. I contacted them again then was told there was a stock issue but it should be with me before the end of the week and I was given a £10 refund which I thought at tbe time was a nice gesture. The end of the week came and went and still no delivery, I emailed them, i did get a fairly prompt reply and an additional £20 refund, however i did ask for a Manager to reply to me with an explaination of why it was so heavily delayed......... i am still waiting on a reply. All in all the delivery took around 2 weeks, in which time my Father's 70th birthday had also come and gone without his gift. Sad to say that I will not be using this company again. Happy for Farley to contact me to try and turn this experience around. *Update* Since this review the customer service department has been working hard to try and resolve the issue. The resolution has been satisfactory hence 3 stars as opposed to 1. The stars are for the customer services personnel who have been great.

Customer service is fantastic, was engaged throughout just disappointing on the waiting time for the product to be delivered. Not an issue for me but could’ve been if it was a present or was during the shooting season.

Very poor customer service, when the item I ordered hadn’t been shipped in the prescribed time I emailed and asked for an update which consisted of the same information given when I placed the order. I sent a second email asking for an update and if they couldn’t fulfil my order to process a full refund. Two days later I received, what I assumed was an auto-generated response saying my order was being processed. Not really the customer service one expects in this day and age.

I was really excited to place my order and was looking forward to receiving it. While the package did arrive on time, it unfortunately had a large tear in the outer packaging that went straight through to the shoebox, leaving the product exposed. The wellies themselves were slightly scuffed, but I was able to wipe them clean and they now look as good as new. I did reach out via email regarding the issue but never received a response. This lack of communication has made me hesitant to place another order.

Started out well - made my selection and placed my order on 10 May. Farley called to say the item wasn't in stock. Called the following day with my amended order. Waited and waited. Contacted Farley's who there had been a supply chain problem. Given a delivery update. 24/48 hours. Still nothing. Contacted customer services. 2 days later informed me that the item was out of stock and stock would not be replaced. Changed the order for a pair of shorts. The price difference was paid immediately. Brilliant. Shorts arrived the following day. In a choice of two colours - yep - sent the colour I didn't choose. Really can't be bothered to faff around with an exchange. On a lighter note - Livvy on Customer Services was brilliant to deal with. Overall shopping experience - not great.

After buying a pair of trousers for my husband, the communication was perfect till they arrived. Unfortunately that was the end as the trousers were all crammed and not folded properly. They needed some ironing first. Having spent that much money as they are not cheap, I expect better service as packaging is most important presentable process. I was disappointed as I have been a good customer.

Sadly the shirt that I ordered, wasn’t the one that was delivered. On the plus side I was able to send this shirt back free of charge. I’m now waiting to see if the right one now gets delivered!

Delivery was quick but the returns service is not good. No automation as described, return sat in pending for 2 days, plus you get charged nearly £9.00 to return.
