“Ordered men's jeans.Delivery took 8 days.Unfortunately had to return items as they did not fit.Telephoned three times with a query about the return before the call was answered.I realise that the supplier is a small business but phone calls should be answered much more efficiently.”

“The item I purchased was too small and had to return it. Not their fault. Disappointed to see they recommend DPD for return at your own cost at £7.95. Free returns are standard in most online stores.”

“Nice product. Absolutely dreadful delivery service. DPD driver ('Antonio') couldn't be bothered to deliver it to the house. So, for his convenience not mine, he took it to the local DPD drop off point which, helpfully, was closed over the weekend!”
