Avoid. First, order confirmation said: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped". No they weren't. Wasn't shipped until 8 days later. Second, returned order which per tracking was received 14 days ago and yet still no refund.

Thank you for your review and for placing an order with A Farley Country Attire. Our customer service manager Holly has tried to contact you and has left you a voicemail message to call her back. We have had a look into your order and can see your order was on the 5 - 7 working day time frame. We have tracked this with DPD and can see your order was received on the 7th working day. We advise returns can take up to 14 working days. We have tracked your return which was received on 10th November which makes November 30th the last working day for the return to be received back into your account. However on this occasion we have fast tracked this for you and you would have received an email notification of this. I hope this helps. Fast delivery but unfortunately the boots were too short. I wanted to order alternative boots but the first ones cost me £8 to send back so won’t order from A Farley as too expensive to return goods

Sadly the shipping is consistently slow and misses their set deadlines. No correspondence explaining why there are delays and when chasing the customer services they do not offer any explanation or resolutions.

Not at all satisfactory, I have had an email discussion with Gracie, I also send her a screen shot of the misleading web page, I have not had the courtesy of a reply from her. Sadly I have now written to Leicestershire Trading Standards. C. Skinner (Mrs)

Multiple emails I have had to write and have had 3 phone calls chasing my order. I have wasted about 5 hours trying to get through on the phone over the last 2 weeks only to be told my order will be with me in 48hours. Here I am 48 hours later again with no delivery!! Have requested refund and would never use again.

Ordered a Barbour jacket Beaufort navy, no problem. A week later not arrived so rang the company and was told it will be with you in 6 to 8 working days. Still not arrived 9 days later so rang again and was told would need to check with the warehouse. I then found out they had no stock and did not know when they would have any in. They happy took my money yet did not tell me they could not fulfil the order. I am appalled that they claim a 5* service and are not honest.

Ok the goods they sell are top quality but their communication is not great Think they were overloaded during Christmas as they did not even answer the phone

Having made a purchase 4 weeks ago and tried to contact the firm on several occasions I still have not received delivery of a Christmas present for my son in law. Now too late for Christmas! Customer service appalling

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers delivery was next working day if ordered by 2pm . This order was placed on the Sunday for delivery on Tuesday. Order did not arrive so I emailed customer service who replied it was a 5 day service. I then phoned and once again was told it was a 5 day service. I then discover only 1 pair of trousers were in stock so they sent 1 pair the other pair were sent 1 week later. I sent customer service a screen shot clearly showing the order was NEXT working day delivery if ordered by 2pm . Never received a reply. Poor customer service.

Do not believe the falsehood about 24 hour DPD delivery. I ordered 3 items which the Farley website assured me at every stage would be delivered next day. Having not received even a dispatch email after 3 days, I enquired on the phone, only to be told that my order was on a 5 day dispatch service. The delay was not the courier, it was Farleys not even shipping it. Sadly, I wanted the clothes I'd ordered in time to take them with me on holiday, which was now not going to be the case, so effectively, Farleys had taken my money under false pretences. I pointed this out to the customer services person, who said she would raise the matter with their website and marketing team. I notice today that their website still states everything will be delivered in 24 hours, so I guess they are still happy to take everyone else's money under false pretences too.

I have not yet received the item I ordered. This was clearly out of stock when I ordered it but I wasn't advised of this at the time. It came back into stock while I was on holiday and DPD attempted to deliver it twice. Their website now shows 'return to consignor'.

Thank you for your review and for placing an order with A Farley. We have tried to contact you providing the contact number on your order but unfortunately the number is not recognised. Your order was dispatched and out for delivery within the advised time frame. Looking at the DPD tracking for you order we can see DPD tried to deliver on 2 separate occasions. Unfortunately on both occasions you were not in to accept delivery. DPD then requested further information from yourself but sadly this was not provided. For this reason, DPD returned the parcel to us ('consignor'). Once we received the item back, we dispatched the item again to you and can see since it has been received. Website shows a huge range of products from quality brands. Prices are certainly competitive with rival on line outlets. The problem comes with their deliivery schedule, the items I purchased had an advertised delivery of 5 to 7 days which in terms of the majority of on line traders is very slow however I accepted this when making my order. I was advised I would receive an email confirming when dispatch was made, after 9 days having heard nothing I emailed the company but the email bounced back as undeliverable despite using their own contact link? After 12 days I telephoned and after being on hold for 15 minutes was advised that the items had been dispatched that day. I received an email confirming this and they were delivered the following day by DPD. 13 days however is todays climate is not, in my opinion, a satisfactory time span for on line deliveries. On a plus the items I purchased were of the quality I expected.

During this time there was a bank holiday also included which unfortunately is not classed as a working day. Would love to tell about quality of boots. However I still haven't received them from an order over a week ago. Just keep getting electronic emails saying that they have been delayed.

I have ordered 2 items from you recently. These were my first orders with your company. I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands. I was supposed to receive my first item within 4 working days but it took 13 days and I had to phone up to confirm that it had been sent as I had received no dispatch confirmation. I have received no dispatch notification for the second item but plenty of other emails from the company. I ordered my second item on 23rd July and it still hasn’t arrived. I have paid £14.95 for premium delivery on both occasions (no other option) so I am not very impressed. The first item and the price were fine but I object to paying for premium delivery which is already extortionate and not receiving my order promptly.
