“No problem with the product when it arrived. The problem was the process. When I ordered, I had an email to say to download a Shop app that would track my order. When package didn't arrive after few days (my expectation), I tried to use the app which did not display my order at all. So I had to call customer services, who said the app doesn't work until the package is despatched - so what was the point in that! The package did arrive after a week (5 working days) which was ok but I was put to bother because of the faulty tracking system. Shame.”

“We bought two pairs of Hogg’s of Fife, one pair for my husband, one pair with neoprene lining for me, who always has cold feet! They were brilliant for our holiday up a Scottish Glen! A Farley had the boots at the best price and the delivery was great. Will definitely shop there again.”

“Good range of product on offer. Competitive pricing with first time purchase and buying more than 1 item. Just 1 issue, thought I was receiving items by next day as ordered before 2:00pm as per prompts during purchase but advised that it was standard 3-5 day delivery. Very happy with both items, thanks.”

“Beautiful boots. I am sure I will be wearing them for many years. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is Royal Mail. Please don't use them. They said there was a failed delivery and we hadn't been out all day. I have noticed a trend with RM. Please use another courier and you will get 5 stars next time!”

“Purchasing experience on the website was good. Notwithstanding the website advertised dispatch within 3-5 working days, I would have expected better. My boots must have been dispatched on the 5th working day after my order and unfortunately were too late arriving for when I had needed them.”

“Surprised I didn’t receive email confirming dispatch. All other companies I use keep me informed of order progress. Opted for standard delivery so parcel took over a week to arrive. Lost the enthusiasm for purchase so probably will not order from you again.”
